I was acknowledged at entry but then made to wait 15mins after I watched 3 people leave from being serviced. As I was trying to pick out my gel color another tech came and snatched the swatches. After my nails are done, I'm told to go to the pedicure bowl and someone else would be with me. I sat for 20 minutes with 2 techs doing pedicures right next to me before another tech comes uo and says, "I'm just gonna cut your water on. Someone will come do your pedicure." It's been 10mins since that. I've got good mind to get up and walk out without paying for my manicure. At this point I've been here for over an hour with not the first finger to touch my feet while I'm watching others come in and have their nails worked on. UPDATE: I have the SLOWEST tech alive. She barely buffed my heels, barely touched my cuticles, did reheat my water, took forever and a day to put the polish on my toes. I've been here for 2hrs. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Read Less

My third time here, never again will I come here. The nail techs act as though they don't want to be there and are doing you a favor, everytime I've been here there's absolutely ZERO customer service, they are rude and could care less about their clients. The "service" they provide is sub-par. Has to be the WORST experience in a nail salon I have ever had. Walked in with my friend today they sat us in the pedicure stations never said only one of us would get a pedicure and the other had to wait. I watched my friend get her pedicure while my feet pruned up in the water for almost an hour. I wasnt going to make my friend wait close to an hour for my pedicure so I left with pruney feet and no pedicure. Not a single word from the employees, no sorry, nothing. They could care less. They do good work when they aren't rushing and super busy!! Even when you make an appointment, you still have to wait forever!!! So don't make any plans for a good 2-3 hours!! There is never a time when they aren't so busy which is great for them but, not so good for you if you're trying to relax. When you're relaxed, they need you to get up and move so someone else can do part 2 of your nail appointment!! I like sticking to one and only one nail tech per appointment not 2!! Read Less

I walked into Beverly Nails today to have two gel nails repaired and received a very rude greeting.  Without saying "hello", the man ringing up a customer brusquely asked if he could help me and when I told him what I wanted, he said, "we don't have time."  I then asked if they would have time at some point this afternoon, and in his brusque manner said,"come back later."  He did not suggest a time when they could do it.  He did not say, "I wish we could help you." Completely waxed off my eyebrow. Literally waxed my eyebrow in to two different sections, they don't even connect. All they could say was sorry. Then they expected me to pay for my mani and pedi after waxing my brow off and offered me five dollars off my total. Are you kidding me? Great way to welcome in the new year 2017! Thanks a lot! I could of done a better job myself at home. I know I could have done better. They messed up my polish color after she asked me how I wanted the two colors, one for all nails except an accent nail that was for a glitter color, they put glitter on all nails and when I said I didn't say that they got aggeravated and quickly removed it still glitter on my toes and they then paint over it, it looked horrible in the end then my nails on hands the polish would not dry it was sticky and I could squeeze my finger print into it. Still left with nail polish on my skin around the nail and also still skin left around my nails that should have been removed. I pay good money for this I expect a better job than what I can do at home I don't come here for fun it's in hope that it is better than what I can do. If u can't deliver customers that then cut your prices! I'm not going here ever again. Read Less

Whenever I am in this area visiting my parents I go to Beverly nails.  The prices are good, the place is clean,the staff is friendly, and its what you'd expect from a nail salon in a strip mall.  I like my manicurist to really get after my cuticles and they are very good at that.  Also, of all the nail salons I've been to, and I've been to many, the gel stays on the best here for some reason.  I had a French manicure that didn't chip for a month.  Was very happily surprised and I've even held back on getting nails done at home when I know I'll be in the Wilmington/Leland area in less than a week because I'd rather go to Beverly.  In fact I'm going there later today. Would give a zero if I could. I wanted my usual coffin nail shape as in picture one (I showed the lady the exact picture) and the second picture is what I ended up with. The experience was great on the beginning and progressively got worst. Upsale after upsale after upsale even after denial. I finally gave into gel nails instead of my normal acrylic. I told the lady I wasn't pleased with the shape and she tried to talk down to me as if I've never had my nails done or did my nails as I asked. She said different people do it differently and said she asked me if I liked them. I told her the first time she asked me I didn't like the shape and she then made it worst. Why she wanted to argue with me is beyond my comprehension especially since I was totally chill. I even suggested maybe coming back to have them fixed and she replied no she doesn't have time so she'll take them off. The entire time she's taking the nails off the lady behind me is narrating a fictitious account of what happened because she was obviously possessing the nail technician who was doing my nails (in order to know everything that happened). In addition to taking off my nails she decided to huff puff and almost blew my freaking nails off while chanting in her native tongue to the other nail technicians. What a waste of 3 hours. No nails and $25 for a pedicure my 6 year old cousin could have done. No one could pay me to come back and waste my time and money. Read Less

Tanisha is wonderful and does beautiful work for nails. She was able to fix the mess created by another when nail salon when I had gel nails attached with color. Tanisha was able to create a work of art from the disaster created from other salon. I have received only raves over the look and design for my nails. Her work lasts 3-4 weeks. Read Less

Beverly Nails is not my normal nail salon, but I was in a different part of town and decided to drop in. I went in early on a weekday, right around opening time. There was one other person waiting. I was greeted and asked what I needed. All I wanted was a manicure and clear polish. The lady looked at me like I asked for a kidney, then she stared at the appointment book and finally pointed at a chair for me to sit. The manicure was mediocre at best. I had already cut my nails, so all that needed to be done was some light filing and polish. The technician was not friendly what-so-ever and acted as if I was a thorn in her side. I can't figure out why. I watched as she coughed (without a face-mask) and scratched her head repeatedly. Also, there is a sign that asks for cash tips, which is fine... if you deserve the tip! It is earned, not just assumed. I decided to pay my money (in cash, like they want) and no tip. She glanced at the money and looked disappointed. I said "thank you" and she didn't even look up to acknowledge me. I would've been more than happy to give a nice tip, if it was warranted. After leaving I took a closer look at my nails and the polish was dried onto my skin in several places and my nails were filed unevenly. Will not come back to Beverly Nails again. Read Less
