So we came late which I get but we called in advance to make sure it was okay as soon as we got there I noticed no price chart or anything but I went ahead and got a mani pedi, it should be a relaxing time but instead all I heard was them talking and laughing and in their language. They do not pay attention to you and just don't care. And then my manacurist left , and I noticed a 5 year old could've pained my nails , they were really bad . Two of my friends came along and none of us were satisfied we were very disappointed. The worst place I’ve ever gone to... i don’t recommend anyone going here. Was getting a pedicure and the tech was rushing and ended up cutting my foot and it would not stop bleeding nor did she take proper procedures to clean and keep my foot from bleeding. She put something on it that stung which caused me to yell and than had me put my foot back inside of the hot water which made it worse... the manager was no help making excuses saying she has 5 kids at home. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!!! He than goes on to say that it’s only a little scratch when actually she cut me down to the meat. Called first to see if I needed a reservation for pedicure on Sunday. A gentlemen answered that spoke good English. It was not crowded but there were a lot of tables for manicures and about 7 seats for pedicures. I was offered water. I chose a fancy pedicure for $50 that included a salt rub, paraffin and massage. Vivian Massaged my feet for the longest I think I have ever had. They often just Massage legs. It feels so awesome. I like that they have Vietnamese music playing quietly. It was nice and I'd prefer that. It makes it really an experience and exposes me to something different. I was here a couple years ago and I recognize Lisa. She was also very good. I'm not sure why I stopped coming here. I probably had a Groupon or something. I like the care I was given. I decided to put glitter on top and I didn't feel like I was being a pain in the neck. My legs and feet feel good and my toes are perfect. I decided against a manicure for $15. I wish it were $10, especially with a more expensive manicure. I would recommend this nail spa. I usually come in and get my nails done and yesterday I went in to get a fill in and my eyebrows done and the lady was very nice and did a great job on my eye brows. I then sat down for the guy to do my nails and I noticed the last few times I've been in there he doesn't say much and is usually pretty rude he will not carry any conversation on with you and he tries to hurry up so he can go to the back. Well he went to paint my nails with a glittery color I picked out and did ...ABSOLUTELY horrible. He did not even try and the whole time I was thinking "I know he's not going to leave them looking like this for surely" BUT he did it was so clumpy my nails didn't dry for almost 45 mins. Looked like a 4 year old attempted it. The sides were barely even painted and before I left I accidentally bumped one nail and I waited over 5 minute for him to come back to the front and he never would. I'm extremely disappointed in this nail salon. And I DO NOT recommend letting the guy to do your nails he was so rude to me this last time and obviously doesn't know anything about customer service. The worst full set I have ever had. The nail tech was rude and very unprofessional. The nails were not put on correctly and were lifting before I had left. There was polish on the sides of my hands he couldn't remove. I already look like I need a fill because he didn't remove my cuticles and didn't spread the acrylic across the nail. I should not have come here, because the few times I've been my experience has not been pleasurable, but it's the only nail salon in Knightdale (speaking of the salon located beside Fugi China) that stays open until 8:00 p.m. I had a 7:00 appointment. An older woman who looks very unhappy did my pedicure. It was rushed and my feet do not feel like they were cleaned properly of the dead skin, nor was the leg massage up to par. Extremely disappointed in BB Nail salon. I requested a pedicure and full set manicure. I received the very minimum of both request! While doing my arcrylic full set manicure, my nails were not filed down properly therefore two of them popped off the next day. As for my pedicure my feet were not scrubbed enough although my toenails were painted well. With all that being said the price was $80 altogether which is quite high considering the very poor quality of service and considering I needed my nails done again the next day since my two of my nails popped off. My mother usually comes to Day Spa Nails when she comes in town to visit, so I figured I would try it on my visit home.Firstly, they have no signs of their prices for services. So, when I went to check out, I asked my female pedicurist the price of my services to make sure it was $28 for just a basic pedicure. The guy owner said to me "yes, unless you want to pay more" with a chuckle.  Then, the other male manicurist was like "she wants to pay less." I was totally taken aback in that moment. I simply responded by saying "I just want to tip the correct amount" because I planned to tip in cash.I did not complain about having a broken pedicure bowl-- she just had to keep the water running throughout the appointment to keep it from draining all the way out. I, also, did not complain about my female pedicurist coughing without covering her mouth during my pedicure. I asked her if she needed a few minutes because I felt bad for her. To insinuate that I did not want to pay for my services was disrespectful and unnecessary, especially because neither of those men performed my services.Needless to say, I do not recommend coming to this nail salon. My mom and I were a walk in and noticed they had an A rating so we decided to try it. NEVER GOING BACK. They were rude, very unprofessional (cutting my skin, didn't even clean under my nails or shape them, spraying me with alcohol numerous times), the longer I sat there the more I noticed the nail dust, trash, and dead bugs all over the place. The final straw was my mom got a nail infection from the tools used. Long has been doing my nails for over 12 years. He knows exactly what I like and I don't know what i would do without him. He is more than my nail tech, and I trust him. Vicky does my pedicures and she is wonderful. The atmosphere is always pleasant and although I have my favorites, everyone seems to aim to please. I have never had any issues but I have seen some unreasonable customers. No matter how wrong they are, Long always trys to make them happy anyway. Worst nail place I have EVER been to. Where do I begin. For starters , I was told I could be seen right away , and was shown to a chair. After 20 mins of sitting in this chair someone FINALLY comes to start looking at my nails and ask me what I wanted.  I tell the woman a fill in, I've gotten my nails done for years , and any respectable place that does nails should be able to do a fill in! The girl proceeds  to tell me she can't do a fill in, and I should have left right then and there , but I had an event to go to, so I stayed to at least get the tips taken off and a polish change . I then am escorted to another chair with a different girl , and then 3 more chairs with different people , and all the whole being huddled and offered other services. No means no . If I don't want gel , don't ask me 4 more times . You can't do a fill in!? Then I was charged $35 dollars for a manicure with my OWN nails , nails might I add she ruined , and destroyed 6 months of growing out , and care . I have gone to this location several times.  In the beginning I was very pleased.  However, after each visit the quality of work went down.  I always felt rushed.  The polish on my nails would be so thick that you couldn't help but notice that they were acrylic.  The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the Pedicure.  That was AWESOME!!  So if you want your nails done, go somewhere else (Lily's Day Spa in Zebulon is GREAT).  If you want a pedicure this is the place...the Ultimate Pedicure is worth it! Not pleased at all Was told 5 minutes for wait. They got me in pedicure chair in 5 yes but then waited for 20 min with boiling hot water and then freezing cold. Still waiting.... They finally started on my hubby but by this time they couldnt have started because after waiting almost 30 to 40 min i had to get our son. They would have never finished on time. So i got up and watched my husband get  his pedi while i did not!! Then the tall baldish grey haired older guy was constantly on his cell phone not paying attention to anything and stepped on my foot while i was sitting in nail chair waiting for my husband and he never said sorry. Will never ever return.horrible place o and they didnt even give our 20 percent off and said it was 3 dollars more for men! Which they did not have on price sheet!!! Also manager told employee well she didn't read our price sheet. I loudly said excuse me i sure did get me your sheet and i eill show you. How dare you insult your customers. I live off of Rogers Lane and I have been to a couple other nail salons from upper New Bern ave to Knightdale. I chose this place today and it was a big mistake. Upon arrival I noticed more men were working than women; not that I'm against men, but I have experienced men being heavier handed than women. One gentleman did my pedi and another did my mani. Both were ruff and non relaxing; I was nipped which drew blood, I had to ask for antiseptic. The chairs are so close together, because they want to fit a lot in the place it's very uncomfortable. I created a yelp just to tell people how RUDE the employees here are!!!!  I am a regular customer here and I went in today for a fill-in,  I waited for thirty minutes as the staff ignored me and took others ahead of me!!! WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!  Went there after normal spot failed to open on time and I had to be at airport later in day.  Walked out with two bleeding cuticles and a finger nail broken below the tip because they did not remove shellac polish prior to cutting.  Most painful manicure in 20 years!  Place was full of flies,  smelled like an ash tray from staff smoking by front door.  Nails are crooked and all different lengths.  They don't deserve one star and I don't know how they are passing state inspections.
