Disappointed. I chose this place because they were open on Sunday and had better reviews than Ocean Nail Spa. My gel manicure appointment was scheduled for 2:00. They finished with me at 3:30. They squeezed people in right before my appointment and had me waiting for over 50 minutes before they actually started my nails. Their work doesn’t lead me to believe they’re up to date on their skills. My nails have several ripples across the tops of them, they’re all different lengths, and they forgot to paint the clear coat over one of my nails, so one is matte and the rest are glossy. Awful. I’ve never had such poor service. I wish I had never gone here. I feel ripped off. I hope they improve for the sake of their business and their customers. If you care about client satisfaction, please, ask me for my address so you can send me a refund.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I’m on vacation for the 4th of July week and figured I would treat my daughters and myself. I was charged $25 each for paint only. We all asked for gel. The lady filed my nails, I did not ask her to. I wish I would have told her not to. Now my nails are crooked and have dips in the middle. Not only was I over charged for three people to get their nails painted ($75), they lied and gave me normal polish. On top of it all, the place had no air conditioning and it is 100 degrees outside! Learned my lesson. Always get your nails done before you leave for vacation at the nail shop you know and trust.

The new owners are terrible. I do not recommend this nail shop. They(the owner herself) damaged my nails after I explained to them how not to damage my nails and how the previous owner did my nails they said ok you are right that way is better for your nails then proceeded to do what they wanted and damaged them; she knew it too and even said next time I will do it like you asked and do it right I quickly said there wouldn’t be a next time. Beatrice, the previous owner, was FABULOUS and cared and took care of your nails this lady has no concern for you or your nails.

I have been going to this nail salon for 3 years, I was always very pleased, but i will now be looking for a new nail salon, my toe was cut and bleeding, also had an abrasion on the side of my foot. Not even so much as a "I'm sorry"!! My fingernails were left with a gap between the cuticle and the polish which made it look like they had grown out for a couple of weeks!! I had heard that the business had been sold, so I decided to give them a try, big mistake, I won't be back!!!

If you have acrylic nails DO NOT COME HERE. I went for a manicure with a design and it was bad and LUMPY. It was so lumpy that I came back the next day to get it fixed. I don’t have a pic of the original lumpy manicure because they were so hideous. The nail tech said she’d file them down to fix the lumps but also refused to use more acrylic even though at some parts they were thin. So she fixed them and they’re ok, like not the best but not totally embarrassing. Then 24 hours later a nail breaks because it’s too thin! This is not normal! I get acrylics all the time. This was the worst part of my vacation. I would have asked for a refund but they gave me such a hard time about re-doing my lumpy manicure that I knew it wouldn’t be worth it. Waste of time and $55

I would highly recommend them. This was my first time going there as I'm down in Avon & it's quite a drive, but I will definitely go back to them again.

We made an appointment and drove up from Waves because the other salons had horrible reviews. They didn't try to take anyone else while my daughter and I got our mani/pedis! Definitely drive out of your way to go here!!!!!

Disappointed. I chose this place because they were open on Sunday and had better reviews than Ocean Nail Spa. My gel manicure appointment was scheduled for 2:00. They finished with me at 3:30. They squeezed people in right before my appointment and had me waiting for over 50 minutes before they actually started my nails. Their work doesn’t lead me to believe they’re up to date on their skills. If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I’m on vacation for the 4th of July week and figured I would treat my daughters and myself. I was charged $25 each for paint only. We all asked for gel. They(the owner herself) damaged my nails after I explained to them how not to damage my nails and how the previous owner did my nails they said ok you are right that way is better for your nails then proceeded to do what they wanted and damaged them; she knew it too and even said next time I will do it like you asked and do it right I quickly said there wouldn’t be a next time.
