Been here 3 times, 2 out of the 3 times, there were no one else in the salon. All 3 times said I need an appt. Don't need to have walk-ins welcome if you have to have an appt every time... Just saying...

I would love to give this place a stunning review. But I can't, because despite the big "Walk-ins" welcome sign, we (two people) were refused service. I'm talking we walked in, the lady at the counter...
I would love to give this place a stunning review. But I can't, because despite the big "Walk-ins" welcome sign, we (two people) were refused service. I'm talking we walked in, the lady at the counter said "appointments only". That was her actually greeting. I apologized and pointed to the sign on the door explaining why we entered (how dare we) and she said "Well not today". Wow! It is spring break week, we went to two other spots that were incredibly busy and also unable to fit us in quickly, but they were friendly, told us what times they had available to come back etc. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and the rude staff. I mean you know if you make it through the door...

The ladies that work there are Awesome, the place is always clean, and it is the only place that does my nails, the ladies are very friendly and nice
