Now I'm quite possibly the most picky person in the world. Especially when it come to my nails, but Lena did such a phenomenal job. It's as if she knew what I wanted because she went to work right away in exact detail of how I had it mapped out in my head. She was very meticulous with her perfectionist each nail. Not only was her work flawless but where there was any small imperfections she quickly fixed it before I could even notice. Now that's the level of customer service I want every time I go anywhere.
Lena was also very pleasant with her conversation. Coming from another place where most nail salons are pretty rude; this was very welcoming and refreshing. For my first time visit they've really impressed me (which is really hard to do). I will be back for sure!

have never had a worst experience at a nail salon. Had an appointment at 11 for my nails and toes and didn’t get helped till 12:30. Couldn’t even get my toes done because i was so tired of waiting and was on a time limit. People that had a 12 o’clock appointment got helped before me. DO NOT recommend.

I LOVE this nail salon!! They always do a fantastic job with my nails. I've never had an issue but, I feel completely comfortable going back if something were to happen with my nails. All the employees are very nice and friendly. All I do is walk in and they give me a chair, little to no wait time, even when they're super busy. They always have time for all of their customers. Another thing I love is that I can show them a picture of what I want and they are always able to do it!!

Our group of 10 experienced a reservation theft at another salon. This wonderful facility not only accommodated us but served all of us in a timely manner with beautiful results. I myself was served by the salon owner and my sister by the owner's wife. The bride, my niece, was happy and out group appreciates the care we received.

This place is incredible! I ended up here by chance, but I was blown away by both my pedicure and their service. I came not too long before they closed, and they didn't act annoyed at all. I grow calluses thicker than cow hide, and they got my heels feeling as smooth as a baby's bum! I'm actually a bit of a hard sell when it comes to pedicures, only getting them as necessary for business events. This is the first pedicure I've had that would make me want to be a regular, and if I lived in Kill Devil Hills, I would! Now I'm on the hunt for a nail salon in NYC that measures up!

They treated us like regular customers. They laughed and joked with us and really made us feel completely welcome . I got a full set and a pedi. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire visit. I had a wonderful experience with Cappuccino and Lena here at Natural Nails today! This was one of the best service experiences I've had in a while. It was a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. My girlfriends and I enjoyed getting fabulous shellac pedicures and manicures. They did great work, made sure we were comfortable. The shop had a great massage chair and my toes, fingers and eyebrows look and feel great! I highly recommend coming to this spot if you are near or take a weekend drive cause it's worth the trip! Mr. T was also a great staff member that worked on my girlfriend and provided us good restaurant options and good humor😊. Natural Nails thank you for an excellent experience!

Now I'm quite possibly the most picky person in the world. Especially when it come to my nails, but Lena did such a phenomenal job. It's as if she knew what I wanted because she went to work right away in exact detail of how I had it mapped out in my head. She was very meticulous with her perfectionist each nail.
