Never had a bad experience at Vivian's. I have been going there for almost a year now and only had one bit of acrylic chip off and they fixed it right away, no charge. They always do an amazing job.

It's so rare that I have to wait when I come to Vivian's. And if I do have to wait, I don't mind. They're always quick and they do great work. Everyone who works there is always so nice and they strik...
It's so rare that I have to wait when I come to Vivian's. And if I do have to wait, I don't mind. They're always quick and they do great work. Everyone who works there is always so nice and they strike up conversation and make me feel valued. It's nice that they always remember me and call me by name every time I go in.

Took my mother in for a deluxe pedicure and the sea salt and mask made her feet feel like new again! The staffs all are very friendly, they even put her shoes in a bag so she didnt have to hold them. ...
Took my mother in for a deluxe pedicure and the sea salt and mask made her feet feel like new again! The staffs all are very friendly, they even put her shoes in a bag so she didnt have to hold them. Dianna and Vivian did our pedicures and it was nice that the salon is such a family friendly atmosphere

I stopped by Vivian's during my trip to North Carolina and I absolutely loved the work that they did on my nails. It's hard to find a salon back home that provides this level of satisfaction, considering the fact that I'm picky. Would definitely come back when I visit.

Long story short. Lady took gel polish off with grinder instead of soaking. Nicked cuticle..grinder indented nails..powder got into finger...finger got staph from grinder.....2 hospital stays...numero...
Long story short. Lady took gel polish off with grinder instead of soaking. Nicked cuticle..grinder indented nails..powder got into finger...finger got staph from grinder.....2 hospital stays...numerous Dr visits...medication...tests...the staph got into my heart valve. I will stick with normal acrylic if I do decide to go and go back to my other salon. Oh and I'm not the only one.

This is absolutely the best place to go in Kernersville to get your nails done And I would recommend them to anybody great prices and great customer service. I came in with a picture off of Pinterest of the nail design I really liked and Vivian was able to re-create it with no problems. I also came in with my two small children and they were more than understanding of my kids being there. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and I know I'm going to be a regular from now on!!
