I recently moved to Kernersville NC from VA, and decided to try out nail salons nearby. I came to this one today. As soon as i walked in and told them what I wanted to get done they sat me down to get a pedi. There was a man, a young lady, and an old one. (I got stuck with the old one) I chose the gel polish quick and told them what I wanted for my toes. When she was applying the polish she stuck very small pieces of napkin to separate my toes well it didn't & I messed up the polish on my pinky toe she told me to hold still instead of her using more napkin to separate my toes. I literally had to keep my toes spaced out until they dried enough for me to relax. Then she was talking her language to the man behind her. (Felt like I was being talked about)
I chose a nude color for my finger nails. I love the color but my nails look horrible! I didn't get them shaped squared like I had asked. Anyways here comes the worst part; my nails are sooo patchy! Like she didn't apply the second coat on good. She didn't clean around my nails where she painted the skin! I even told her about a big patch on my thumb and she said "it'll be alright" like no! It's not alright! I'm getting married Saturday and my nails look like my 8 year old sister did them! I'm sorry for this review but if you want to keep costumers you need to do a good job especially when a costumer tells you something they don't like!(like the freaking patch on my nails, and how sloppy the sides look!) The pricing was good but not for what I got! I'm not going there ever again!!! Now I need to spend again to get them done before Saturday!

Awful experience!! This was my first and last time going here. My nails looked horrible and were far from the sample design they had (design was just a few lines). After kindly bringing it to the attention of the lady she responded in a rude manner. I did not get my money back and had to have them redone at another nail salon. I do not recommend this place.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER go here again. I am completely shocked at the horrendous job they did. I left without completing my service and got my money back. Now I am having to go to another nail ...
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER go here again. I am completely shocked at the horrendous job they did. I left without completing my service and got my money back. Now I am having to go to another nail salon and have them take the set NY just put on and do a completely new set. I don't even know how the girl doing my nails got her license, she also cut me.

I love this place! The woman (Linda I believe is her name) that does the waxing is the only one that trust to do my eyebrows! I drive 30 minutes to come see her!!

Came in asked for an eyebrow wax and was told ok. When I came in someone was buying a gift card and the two ladies there both had someone with them. After 10 minutes of waiting and they're still assis...
Came in asked for an eyebrow wax and was told ok. When I came in someone was buying a gift card and the two ladies there both had someone with them. After 10 minutes of waiting and they're still assisting with gift cards, answering phone calls, and chatting in their language I finally asked how long is the wait. They told me 20 minutes! For a quick wax? No thanks I would have been more patient but they did not tell me anything right off nor did they care much at all if I was there or not. This is why it is so hard to go to new places because they don't give you as great of customer service. I will be sticking to my old salon even though I have to drive 20 minutes to Greensboro to get it! It's just a shame!

I like the quality of work, but they need more people trained on acrylics. Unless you are getting a pedicure you will be waiting a while before they can do your nails.

I have manicure and pedicure every two weeks. Keep my toes pretty and my nails nice. Love this place. They are the best!! Thanks Linda, and all!!!
