I definitely recommend this place.I feel so comfortable they work with what you want and most importantly for a great price. They give best top quality work it's not like other places you go and to much going on and loud. They are so down to earth I got to know the workers and they are so kind. My boyfriend and I went to go get our mani pedi here a few weeks ago. He got a mani and I got a pedi. The lady was super sweet and talkative. He said that the woman who did his nails was very professional. They give you the hot towels on your legs with just the basic pedi!! Where I'm from, that doesn't happen! I will be back for a pedi! It was the worst!! I wasn’t sure on what type of nail I wanted so she did help me out I showed her what I wanted the process was smooth the outcome was disappointing my nails were misshaped some were longer then the others. And what I showed her what i wanted was not what I got . My studs fell that same day. Having to pay 50 bucks ? For that now I see why there is a big sign that says no refunds. I did a call and walk in and the entire experience was really amazing. Through the phone the manager was super helpful. I went in and was helped immediately. Everyone was nice, friendly, thorough. Jen did my nails and I could see she was being careful. I had a hard time deciding what color and she gave her opinion and also helped me with a design because they didn't have the studs I wanted. I'm here now and I have never had such a fantastic pedicure! Danny was friendly and started me off, then another woman took over who was equally as friendly. They both took their time, talked to me, made sure I was comfortable. Sometimes I feel awkward in nail salons, but not here. The best part was I timed it poorly and needed to leave before the nail painting to pick my son up. They let me come back later to finish. This place is GREAT!  Three of us made appointments for Saturday morning. My nails were done by Cat. She is very sweet and friendly. The massage chairs are AWESOME. Wonderful customer service. Very clean shop. Every customer gets fresh tools. You spend $1 for a buffer and file that you keep and bring back with you for subsequent visits. Great color selections. The new owners have really changed this salon. My mom and I went when it was a prior owner. I hated it. Refused to go back . My mom found out it was new owners and have been going to bella nails since. It is the only place we go! The staff is friendly . they offer you a choice of drinks and my nails always get me great complements. They have a wide variety of colors for both my toes and the sns for my fingers. I know Thao on more of a personal level and great people like her are hard to come by. I used to sit next her when we worked in a nail salon in Chapel Hill, NC. She was the best technician we had! Thao is one of the most genuine and kindest person you will ever meet. She is very caring and will go to great lengths to accommodate her customers. The best part is she's always open to trying new things! She is very understanding, so if you for any reason you are unhappy don't hesitate to let her know, most likely it is just a misunderstanding. She is very fair, and gives more than she takes. I've always hoped she'd open her own nail salon one day and I am so happy for her!! I came by to have an sns fill in and toe nail polish change. I experienced superior customer service and quality service when I came. You are offered a choice of beverage​(s). The salon is sanitary and kept very clean. There is a $1.00 charge for your buffer and nail file used during your service, however, they become yours to keep. This salon also offers ombre sns nails.
