I've tried most of the nail salons in Kernersville (and High Point) over the last few years, and have been amazed at how many mediocre nail salons exist. For various reasons, I had never stopped at Marie's and could have kicked myself when I finally went in a few months ago. Hands down the very best salon in the area. The space is warm and welcoming with a friendly staff who do a great job. I have to say that Marie Nails & Spa has become my favorite nail salon. I have had the best experience here. The pedicure was divine and exactly what I needed after a stressful week. The young lady that did my nails spent time being detailed and my toes and nails looked so nice! The staff here has been excellent and so accommodating. I'm very impressed by the level of cleanliness here. They put liners in all of their pedicure stations and use individual packets for the pedicure supplies. So today I go in to get a fill in on my acrylic nails I had on I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted done she assured me she could do it....she convinced me that SNS was better it would look the some and she could make it look as I wanted so she began well she started and it wasn't how I was use to to but I stayed confident that they just use a different process since each nail salon is different so I stayed positive well as she continued I started realizing it was looking like nothing the picture I had in front on her table the whole time so I asked why does it look like this she said it's not finished so I continued so when I seen she was starting the design which was completely different I stopped her and showed her the bumps, how uneven and how messy it looked....so she got mad when I asked her to remove it and please do what the picture I had again on my phone which was left in front of her the whole time...well she took the SNS off and said ok I looked at my nails that still had the stickiness and cotton fabric on it, my nails looked horrible and now the orginal acrylic was gone so I began to ask myself why...now I have to go pay full price instead of a fill in, I was there for 2 hrs and another nail tech had began running her mouth as she had a customer she was attending to which I told her was rude it was excuse after excuse so yes I became infuriated and dropped a couple f-bombs whoops which seemed to bother them more than their poor customer service... please be alarmed this place will do whatever to convince you to spend more for less...extremely deceiving and unprofessional...Also I put a review on their Facebook and they have taken it down not accepting that they were in the wrong and can not accept a bad review which proves mu point even more so how unprofessional they are..so sad. Unfortunately my experience was awful...I had a pedicure which was not done properly, went back to have it fix, but the girl was not happy that I complain...mistakes happen, but is your obligation as a company to keep your customer happy....... My oldest daughter, I and my 3 year old grand daughter enjoyed pedicures at Citrus today while my little 3 month old grandson watched.
