Ms. Nancy had done my nails for over 20 years! I have never been treated unprofessional at her "several" locations, high point, North Main, and now her location on South Main. The comments that are saying negative things about her establishment and it's employees must be targeted them and must work at other salons and trying to take her business, because she is the BEST IN KERNERSVILLE!!! Best in services, best in attitudes and I drive from Stokesdale to get my nails done, before that I would drive from out of state once a month to get mine done! Check your bank receipts with these people.. i paid and left a tip on my card and when I checked my bank statement couple weeks later they gave themselves a bigger tip then what i had wrote on the receipt i signed. I didn't even want to give them i tip in the first place because wasnt impressed with them to begin with but thought it rude not leave a tip. My nails were in terrible condition when I first visited Frenchie (6 months ago). She has done a terrific job in restoring them. Great products. I normally give every place a chance, but I will never go back. My nails look terrible. It took an hour and a half and I was the only one in there. They are uneven and all shaped different. Normally if something is off i ignore it because nothing can be perfect, but the only thing good about my SNS I got was the color I picked out. Not worth the $30. It was a total waste. Read Less

Frenchie did my wedding nails and literally nailed them she is a perfectionist. She spends time preparing your nails and uses Calgel which I must say is the best product I have ever had on my nails. I have been to Neverland a couple of times now, most recently to get my wedding nails done. Frenchie gave me the coolest nails for my big day, guests loved them! The lady who did my manicure used her dirty, long thumbnail to scrape polish off my skin. I can't tell you how revolting her own nails looked. Then she painted a fiber from the polish brush into one of my nails and covered it with the topcoat. I didn't notice that until I got in my car. Unsanitary, unprofessional and shoddy work. The lady, named Nancy, did not like being questioned about it being crooked so her solution: to cut them all off leaving my daughter in tears in the parking lot. I drove up there to talk to Nancy. She has no concerns whatsoever, didn't do anything wrong, and there was nothing wrong with the nail (another customer even agreed it was crooked). Was a great place, I had been going there for 8 years. Then the owner, Nancy, started working there. She yells at her staff, makes nonstop personal phone calls that she puts on speaker do we all have to hear it, she walks around barefoot and even though the other girls are working on  someone, she yells at them to go do something else. Took my daughter to get a full set. First impression was that it looked dirty and pretty run down on the inside. The whole time i was there, nobody talked or even smiled. Pretty dreary place to be honest. There was a man that did my daughter's nails. He did a completely crappy job. Nail lengths differ greatly from hand to hand. Nails put on at the wrong angle. Very lumpy. And more. I might could look over the dirty, run down place and the dreary atmosphere to some degree, if the work had been good. But i could not recommend this place. This is not my first choice in local nail salons when I'm in need of a pedicure, but the staff is nice, and if the salon I usually frequent is crazy/busy, I will stop by Happy Nails in a pinch. I'm not fond of the parking situation (in a strip center in the Harris Teeter megaplex), and there is very limited seating while you wait for your requested service. Technician starts working on my manicure another lady walks in for gel nails and suddenly girl says " go over there for your pedicure". She finished a very lousy manicure in between doing the gel nails. I handed them a GC and the girl ringing it up rounded down the amount!!!! Apparently they'll just keep the 2$. I was in for a pedi and a shellac mani. My attendant was very friendly. My only complaint is the amount if time it took. I had a 130 appointment on a Friday and it took over 2 hours to complete my service. I had to wait a long time with my feet in the tub before they started on me. Read Less

Best schellac of anywhere i've tried. I've had schellac from at least 6 salons and this place does the best job, hands down. Mine almost always lasts 3 weeks and still hasnt chipped im just sick of the color and my nails have grown out too far. and its only $17!!!!!! Read Less
