Very disappointed in the quality. Service was good, they got me in right away when I didn’t have an appointment. The girl doing my nails was very patient when I changed my mind on colour a few times (before application of colour). I’m disappointed because less than a couple days later the nails are already lifting and there are a ton of bubbles in the gel. For almost $100 including tip, I definitely expected much better quality. If I lived in the area I would be returning to have them fixed. It was an okay job but when they had messed my nails up the first time rushing through them they acted like I was bothering them to fix it for me. And I still didn't really like the out come. Been there a couple times just to try it out. Greeted at the door and ask what service I’d like. Massage chairs are nice, tv is on HG TV. Set an appointment for 12 and wasn’t seen until 1240. I had to wait longer than the walk-ins. They are inconsistent in their pricing and every time I go it seems they want more money for the same services. Considering I waited fourty minutes to be seen when I set an appointment I should’ve been given some type of discount or at least excellent service. Instead they all come up and gang up on me infront a room full of customers and humiliate me to the point my friend and I just left. They are horrible business owners. Have had three nails that needed repairing after they were freshly done, the lady who did my nails filed them for easily an hour to the point my nails were sore. I had to ask her to stop.Easier to find somewhere else. Pedi was ok but when you tell them your ticklish and they’re rough. Overall a bad experience was there for three hours. took to long. Not enough employees to service all customers. Going here for a mani/pedi is an all day event, set aside at least 4 hours. There is a really high turnover rate, so if you like one technician you are unlikely able to see them again. Once stopped by more than a hour after the posted opening hour, the doors were still locked and no one was there. An employee arrived, was surprised and called the owner, who was nowhere near. I was told to begin calling for an appointment, to lessen the wait time. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi and eyebrows...when I arrived there were only 2 people working. It took more than a hour before my nails were wrapped to remove SNS mani, and the gentleman doing pedicure was taking multiple people before me and my mother, while the only person doing manicures waited on others. After waiting for an hour and a half I got up to leave to leave. The manicurist was surprised and stated that the other guy didn't do manicures...I asked if he did pedicures and she acted like she had no idea that I had scheduled both. after researching nail salons in the coquitlam area I booked an appointment at Tiffanys. got a gel mani last Wednesday by the next day one had already chipped and since then a couple more. it's only been a week!!! am really disappointed was really hoping this would be my new go to place. Read Less

I was super happy with the service (the girls were super lovely and nice) that I received, and how my nails turned out and that's about where the good part of my experience stopped. I got a full UV set of gel nails done, and the price that is listed on the website is $60. However, I was charged $73 (plus tip), which was something I was very confused about. I did have one nail on each hand done a different colour, but I asked the girl who was doing my nails if this would be ex...tra, and she said no. The only thing they charge extra for is French tips, which I did not get. So, my first problem was that I was overcharged with no real explanation. The reason I came to Tiffany's is because the previous place I went to, always overcharged me, and I didn't want that to happen again -- but it did. Secondly, whenever I have had gel nails done, they have always lasted me 3-5 weeks, before either starting to fall off, or needing a fill. My nails lasted 9 DAYS, before falling off. And, it wasn't one that fell off, it was multiple on each hand. I did not do anything that I wouldn't have normally done with my hands -- all the activities that I performed were ones that I have done with gel nails before. I would have loved to give this place 4 stars because I loved the manicure experience itself and I love my gel/shellac nails, but after 4 days, the polish on my thumb already chipped and the index finger is beginning to chip as well and I am devastated. I wanted them to last longer, and gel nails are supposed to last long. I had gel nails done some place else in the Summer they lasted for weeks without chipping. This is the reason why I am giving Tiffany Nail Bar 2 stars instead of 4. Read Less
