I have been going for two months now. It is a very clean spa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the results I see already!! Angela is wonderful!! I look forward to going back each month!! Get a membership, it's definitely worth it! :)

Nice atmosphere. Great customer service! Donte (excuse the spelling) was amazing and has great hands! I did the 80 minutes and was so relaxed. He worked out so many knots, I feel so much better! Added plus I walked out with some great Farm Fresh products.

Don't go here for waxing it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Yes it supposed to be slightly painful especially if you shave but I can say I've never had it hurt that bad not even the very first time I had it done, which was about 6 years ago. The reason. For 2 stars the staff was friendly but technique was not good.

I have been going to Balance Day Spa for over 10 years (practically the entire time I have lived in this area). It is by far the best spa with the friendliest staff that are there for you to have a truly relaxing and enjoyable spa experience. Their locations are clean and inviting. The staff is excellent and I have never had an unpleasant experience. Balance Day is definitely my top choice for a spa in this area!
