Oh how I wish I could upload pics of my nails. Do not go here. They look like a blind person did them. Horrible. Now I have to pay to go somewhere else to get them fixed.

I came to get my daughter and I a mani/pedi and the lady, whoever she was, looked at us annoyed and asked what we wanted and then said just come back tomorrow. Didn't even offer to let us wait. I just laughed and said "yeah, okay..." and when we walked out my daughter said how rude she was...my daughter is 7. lol.

That's a bad place to go to no wonder they so cheap, they have the worst service ever. Today was my second time going for a fill in. They don't know how to apply acrylic. Some nails are way too thick while the rest are way too thin. The owner did my nails today: HORRIBLE !!!!! She kept stopping worrying about music and helping one of the workers write on paper. I'm just very disappointed because I have someone who does my nails very good in Wallace and $40 is well worth it. My color should not be chipped because they're the gel mood colors but they are already chipped and my nails due to the acrylic is very lumpy. They don't deserve to be in business at all and I'll like a refund.

Love this place!!! The owner does a great job and she always remembers what I like!! Also very friendly. Never been disappointed when I go.

I will never return to star nails! It was a total ripoff. My nails looked like a toddler did them. I could have done a better job if I stayed home and did them myself!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! They said wait was "30 minutes" apparently '30 minutes' really means AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. Customer service there sucks, prices are all confusing. A pedicure is "$37.00" ...
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! They said wait was "30 minutes" apparently '30 minutes' really means AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. Customer service there sucks, prices are all confusing. A pedicure is "$37.00" when wait! Now it's $42! No, don't forget about that extra $28 to be charged. You can tell the place is fairly new, it's kinda crowded. Two girls who were also in there with us were told that they "have been there several times" whenever it was their first time going to that place. My nails were done with gel polish and it only took 5-10 minutes. Filing is crooked and lopsided with jagged ends. They were so bad we walked out without paying.

FANTASTIC! Just had the best pedicure of my life! I live an hour away and was in town working with some time to kill. I'll gladly drive back for my next one. This place is CLEAN, the people are very friendly and the services are top notch. I had the #3 pedi and they put steeped lemon grass water in the pedicure tub; took extra care with the shaping and smoothing; salt scrub, hot oil/stone, and clay mask all with massage. Three coats of polish. I've never felt better from the knee down. Their equipment is new too. Do yourself a favor and get there.
