They are great with your nail but make sure you specify what you want to the host and the nail tech. Cause they will try and get you for more money. I ask for regular mani and pedi, they said $35. Then I get to the nail tech and she say in her broken English $35 or $45. I said $35 package and she said okay. When I get to the register they charged my card $45 so I said you overcharged me. You owe me $10. They said she gave me a $35 manicure and my nails were $10. So pay attention or they will get you. I was told it happened to several people in the last two hours I was there. Please dont come here! There are so many nail salons, DO NOT go to this one. Ive been approx. 6 times, and the last time I went sealed the deal. The lady Kim, i had to practically BEG her to give me a normal manicure (push down and cut cuticles, file, etc.) I asked her 4 times to please cut the dead skin/cuticles around my nails. She finally understood and proceeded to cut deeply and she made me bleed on two different fingers, and made the rest raw and sore. The other occasions ive been, they either messed up the polish, the pricing, or i waited well over an hr for any type of service, or the communication was terrible and i had to freakin spell it out for them that all i want is GEL polish. Horrible customer service and horrible experience, my nails are all different lengths and jagged. My toes have polish all over them and there are discolored spots in the polish ! I told the lady that polished them and she said it was my toenail that was discolored. Funny they weren’t disclored when I went in. I will NEVER go back it was a waste of money and time. Read Less

Terrible I came in there at 3 do to get a mani pedi they finished the pedicure in 30 mins and I waited and waited on tech for the nails they are apparently very understaffed ended up leaving at 545 wit just a pedicure smh Read Less

I’ve been coming here for several months now and love it. The staff are all very nice. I went yesterday for a jelly pedicure (this is new and it’s amazing) and gel manicure. Paid $10.00 more, (before tip), more than any other place. I'm not judging all of the nail technicians, but the young guy who did mine, did not remove cutical skin around each nail. Each hand, or several nails, looked different, shaped differently . If I has not been in a big hurry to leave, I would have said something. Never again. Read Less

I normally love this place but this last time will be my last time going. The technician was doing a great job taking her time and being very gentle while doing my manicure until another client walked in the door. When that happened, she began rushing VERY quickly. My gel polish is at least a centimeter away from my cuticle and has multiple air bubbles in the polish as well as it is all over my skin. I should've known whenever she was rushing to just pass on the eyebrow wax but I decided when she was done to get a wax, bad decision. She didn't even give me time to tell her how I like my eyebrows before she was rushing to put wax on it and WAXED HALF MY EYEBROW OFF. She knew she messed up and kept asking me if I was happy but I was furious. She didn't even stop there she kept rushing through- quickest eyebrow wax ever. Probably 2 minutes flat. The worst place ever been to. Sat there at the bar for manicure for 20 minutes and other women came in for manicures and got immediate service while I wasn't acknowledged at all. Horribly overpriced. Worst $55 manicure ever. Did not soften cuticles. Used a nail buffer to trump them after nails were done. Wasn't going to trim them or make them even until I asked. My mother and I went to get pedicures. We were greated and seated very quickly. Then the wait began. We waited for an hour and none of clientele came over to begin our nails, let alone speak to us. Our water was cold and customers who came in after us, no appointment either, were taken care of before us. My mother and I decided to leave because waiting an hour for a pedicure is ridiculous. The customer service was very poor as well. We will not be returning this salon. If there is a wait you have a right to tell your customers so they don't sit in cold water for an hour. We will not be returning because this isn't the first time this type of terrible service and wait time has occurred. Read Less
