Great salon! I have been a customer of Tony and Katrina's for a long time (even before they opened POSH Nail Spa). They are on top of all the latest in nail "fashion" and even eyelashes and brows. They will take walk-ins but I'd recommend making an appointment. I would highly recommend! Read Less

I arrived today as a walk in on a busy Saturday before Mother's Day (closed on Sundays I believe). I was greeted and served promptly, and even when I changed my mind and decided to add on a gel mani on top of the pedi, they serviced me with a smile, even though they were busy, they were all moving very quickly! I have been coming to Posh since they opened and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! It is probably the cleanest nail salon I've ever visited. The staff are friendly and attentive. They seem to have a sixth sense about those times I want to chat and when I want to just relax and shut down. I'm always pleased with my nails and they go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. On a couple of occasions when I've broken a nail they don't mind doing a quick fix and won't accept payment for fixing it! Anyone complaining about being asked to go elsewhere probably was a "problem client" because they really do want to ensure that their clients are happy. Tony and Katrina don't have to take abuse from clients seeking to get something for nothing because they do such a wonderful job and have a strong faithful list of regular clients. I usually don't get my nails done. So I'm not familiar with what you have to do. Some direction would have been nice. Didnt have any small talk with the staff. Otherwise the environment was clean and nails looked great. I'm rating it 3 out of 5 just because I felt the staff didn't go an extra mile for their customers. Their attitude didn't impress me. Great place! My nails look fabulous and everyone there is wonderful. The prices are very reasonable and the salon is beautiful and clean. I'm partnered with a service dog and his presence was taken in stride.I will absolutely be back (and sending friends and family here)! Read Less

Was a regular customer there until recently when I asked for some things to be fixed on my eyebrows and on my next occasion they asked me to go somewhere else in the future after they serviced and charged me. If that was the case they could have told me that over the phone when I called in the first place. Very bad customer service! Don't waste your time or money. Read Less
