This is hands down the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. My normal girl was booked, so I had no choice but to get my full set gel here since it’s close to my house. Upon walking in, I was told that the wait would only be 5 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I checked in again with someone about my wait time. “Oh no, only 5 more minutes please wait.” I ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes for someone to take me. You should also know that there were at least three nail techs walking around talking on the phone and carrying on. I’m not sure if this was their break time or not, but if you’re not on duty, you should be in the back or not visible to customers as it looks like you aren’t doing your job. Anyway, when I’m finally being seen, I show the tech a picture of what I wanted. I am a huge fan of the Long stiletto nails. This is what i normally Get. Before I allow her To start, I show her The picture and ask specifically if this is something she will be able to do. If not, I’ll go to another shop. She assured me she knew how to shape the nails properly in the pointy shape. The lady literally glued one false nail on one of my fingers then got up to start on someone else. I ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes with one nail attached. It was almost like she knew she was only going to do one nail to “keep me from leaving”. After 30 minutes, a completely different lady worked on my nails. I also Showed her the picture that I wanted. Needless to say, she overruled my nails to the point of where they were bleeding. She did NOT know how to shape and she rushed through my manicure. I kept asking her to re shape them to the pointy shape but she just didn’t know what she was doing. My experience was horrible. After two days, four of my nails had major cracks in them like they were going to break. I returned to the shop to get a refund. She assured me that she would fix them. All she did was put clear polish on them. The next day, one of the nails completely broke and half of my real nail ripped off of my finger. Blood everywhere. This was a major injury. RUDE! I thought i'd found a good nail shop convenient to my house. The first time i went the lady, who appeared to be the owner, was not very welcoming but not necessarily rude so i returned a 2nd time. The same lady did my nails again. my phone notifications went off while she was removing my polish. i reach over to silence it and she scoffs "dont make the arm rest move!" uh ok sorry. (shes referring to the cracked, dusty vinyl piece of material that customers rest their wrist on while receiving nail service. is not affixed to her table and moves very easily. there was also a lot of nail dust and residue in the area causing it to slide even easier than normal) Her tone was rude and i noticed she rolled her eyes, But i let her proceed. Shes now filing my nails, I slowly and carefully reach over with my free hand to silence my phone again. (MIND YOU SHE ACTUALLY TOOK A CALL ON HER CELL PHONE WHILE I WAS IN HER CHAIR so me hitting a button on my phone should be ok, right? ) when i reach over this time she sighs loudly and "says do you want me to take someone else so you can finish with your phone?" I was polite yet stern with my reply but the remaining time of my visit was very awkward. i WILL NOT be returning. I like to spend my money in places that make me feel welcome. Had my two young daughters not been eagerly waiting to also get their nails done i would have walked out at that very moment. Customers dont cater to nail techs, NAIL TECHS CATER TO THE CUSTOMERS. 11/18/2017 Be aware that their employees are leaving themselves five-star Google reviews against policy!! Kept getting coupons for this location in the local ValuPak envelope, so I decided to give them a try. I get my nails done as an occasional treat. When I do, I expect a pleasant experience and work that will last at least a week. Had a basic mani-pedi with red polish. The lady who did my nails was less than amiable and talkative. Rushed through the work and walked me over to the UV lights to set and forgot about me. Needless to say, the "paint job" was ruined when I walked out of the salon. I got attitude when I presented a coupon to pay; if you don't want customers to use them, why print them in the first place?! I have now been to this salon twice recently and will definitely return. I like the flexibility of them being open on Sunday. The staff was friendly and i did not have to wait very long. The nail tech did a nice job, my style is pretty basic and I went with a gel french mani. Read Less

I went in 4 a eye was and chin. Most place I go to they lay something on the bed after each customer. I did not like that I don't know if the person b4 me is clean or dirty. It's just nasty to me. Clean place ppl nice but that turned me ofd. Read Less

I go here whenever I need to get my nails done. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and they do a great job. I mostly do pedicures; they warm or cool the water to your liking and the polish/finish is great. Read Less

You can't really tell in this photo because the lady that did my nails tried to wipe the blood but 3 of my fingers were bleeding after I got my nails done. It happens i get it but 3?! Definitely not going back there even though its minutes from my house. Read Less

My normal salon was booked so I decided to try in style salon. I got the worst gel manicure I've ever received. First - the lady was extremely rough which made it NOT an enjoyable or relaxing occasion. Then the polish chipped and peeled within a week. The edges were rough and got caught in my hair daily. On some fingers the gel was on the skin surrounding my nail. I went back and asked for a refund and they refused. I will NEVER return and hope to warn others before wasting your money. I can't say enough about this place. I love love it! All the girls are so nice especially Leslie and her daughter. Leslie stayed to do my nails 45 minutes after close and never rushed or acted like it was a problem. She was very sweet and I will definitely be back! Read Less

Absolute shocking service and a bad attitude of a person that doesn't look like they want to help and then you still need to pay and look into their miserable face. NO WAY never again. Will go out of my way to buy somewhere else. They should bring back the previous person, she was as helpful and friendly as one could get and you could ask a question and actually get an answer - not like now where you need to explain yourself and still walk away with a half hearted answer.
