If I could give 0 stars, I would... My sister and I went today to have a “girls day” to get acrylic nails and a polish change on our toes. The girl who did my toes was amazing! She’s the only good thing about this place. Jennie seemed too rushed to be bothered to do a good job on our nails. The acrylic doesn’t reach the base of our nails so they look like they’re ready for a fill when they haven’t even been done an hour. She cut up our fingers with the machines, didn’t shape my nails correctly or cut them down like I need them to be... I wanted short and square; I ended up with medium length and some sides really sharp and others rounded. I had to come straight home and strip the polish off to paint the whole nail to give the illusion that the we’re done properly and to file them down more and shape them the way they should’ve been in the first place. I have been coming here for over a year now. Once you find a good salon and a go to person, you go no where else, no matter the wait. They do amazing work! On countless occasions Jennie (my go to), would stay past closing hours to take care of me. I have tried a few other places before coming here and I wasn't satisfied. This salon is a must. Owner has no respect for employees or clients. Thinks she can talk anyway she wants to people with no consequences. I wouldn't refer this shop to anyone. I worked there for only a week and Jenni thought it was ok to get in my face and yell at me in front of clients. This is No way to run a business and expect to keep clients or employees. And asking clients to go on Google and Facebook to give you a 5star rating is bad for business also. A client new or old shouldn't feel obligated to 5 star anyone. J/S. Read Less

Something should have tipped me off that this place was a joke when there wasn't a soul in there. Normally, nail shops have customers waiting... no one. Just me. The entire time I was there. It was a sign!I got the VIP pedicure which was amazing! My toes needed some serious help and she scrubbed and dug just like I would have. The paraffin wax and the mud wrap was nice and hot. Everything was perfect. I picked out black (which I normally do) and she applied it like it was nothing.Then I move to the chair to get my nails done. Well, they don't have any three of the colored powders I want, so I have to settle for two gel polishes. First, he didn't buff my nails properly. One side of each nail is bigger than the other. Next, he missed some spots with the polish. And then a piece of hair got trapped between the gel and the topcoat. He just shrugged. I was too pissed to ask him to redo it. I just wanted my eyebrows done so I could go.My eyebrows turned out fine. I even tipped the woman because I loved my eyebrows and my feet... UNTIL TWO HOURS LATER WHEN I DECIDED TO GO PICK UP MY MEDS.I get out the car and I see this black polish smeared over my toes. I'm thinking it couldn't be from me because my jank should be dry by now. Nope. I rub my nails with the pads of my fingers and the polish just comes right off. Old ass expired polish. I went there to get a pedicure and manicure for $35 but was charged $45 which I just let go. I just got regular black finger and toenail polish. The same day that I got the toenail polish done it was coming off two toes then the next day the polish was already coming off of my fingernails. Also, from where they were cutting my toenails 5 of the corners are hurting which has never happened. I went to another place in Jacksonville and got a pedicure but never has the corner of my toes hurt. I would return but I don't want them to do any farther damage. I will be calling them tomorrow. This is by far the WORST place I have ever been too. I set an apt to get nails and eyebrows done for my wedding. My nails look hideous. I got white tips with a thin line of black and red, the lines are extremely crooked. If you tried to draw a straight line with your less dominant hand it comes out all crazy, that describes what the lines on my nails look like perfectly. The woman also placed the tips about halfway down on my nails so my nails in general just look terrible.  On top of the terrible nails, the woman who did my nails was on the phone the whole entire time speaking in a different language. Also the woman yelled at my daughter because she was speaking over the woman's conversation she was having on the phone. I will NEVER go back to this place. It was an absolute waste of money and the customer service was terrible. I honestly have no idea how this place is in business. Read Less

I will never go back again. The customer service was aweful. The entire time they spoke another language to eachither. The English was very difficult to understand. They took an hour and a half for a simple french gel manicure and when they got busy they turned me away before my nails were dry resulting in the above picture of a very chipped and warped french manicure. I paid $30.00 for the absolute worst manicure and service of my life. I will never return again. I don't even want to give a one star rating. Read Less

I love this place! I have had several great experiences here. The best manicure I've had in Jacksonville. I'm a little OCD so I am pretty picky about my nails and the did a great job. I've had three different nail techs and they have all been great. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. They offer several pedicure options and have a good selection of polishes. Read Less

The ratings made me make a star, if I could I would not given it even a half star. Walked in right away i knew I should have left. Trying to make me pick a package I didnt want. A Basic pedi/mani....lets say I could have had done a better job. Rather than getting lotion, they used nail oil on my legs. As she kicked me off the dryer in three minutes, my nails chipped as i got my keys out. As I walked ouy and notice it, I demanded to be fixed. Rude as anything...and now sitting at home half my nails are chipping even on my toes that been in flip flops. Believe as a cosmetologist myself, the nail polish had too much nail remover and was old. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Read Less
