This place is expensive compared to other nail spas I've been to; they charge for EVERY LITTLE THING but the ladies usually do a great job. Even when your "fill" grows out your nails dont look like trash. I'm very particular about my nail shape & design & they don't get pissy about my critics. Most places get an attitude or try to tell you how they want it b/c they are the professionals. That's all great but but if I'm paying you then I want it done the way My money likes it. If I could give zero stars, I would. Alaina is who I had my nails done by and she sucks. she also will tell you that it's your fault that the nail polish chips. The minute I left that place my nail polish started chipping and I had gel polish. The polish was not evenly painted on and there bubbles of paint at more than one of my tips. It was all over my fingers and if you've had gel you know that if it gets on your skin at all, then you can pretty much kiss your polish goodbye in the first couple days. She said that she doesn't like to clean up around the nails until after it's gone under the light. She just cut off the excess polish which was on my skin. My wife's nail lasted three days.. Apparently they used this new 'Gel Powder'. After going back and explaining the situation , they said she needed to pay $40 dollars after the $50 they charged three days before . Don't trust these people . Read Less

I go here all the time only salon in Jacksonville that I will let touch my hands feet and brows they are the least expensive and the best quality hands down and Henry is amazing they are always friendly and the atmosphere is great. Read Less

So this is my favorite place to go... Absolutely love getting pampered by Henry & the other workers here. I've never left unhappy, and if I ever needed anything fixed they are always so willing to help. Never been turned away because of their hours or anything like some places in town. Such a welcoming place. And the foot massages OH MYfeet & legs... Feel like new...every time. Henry does the best on my lashes and eyebrows. Very middle-of-the-road experience.  I came in for a pink and white fill, and while Henry did an ok job (the nails lasted over two weeks), he wasn't exactly careful.  I left and realized that there were still several rough/uneven edges that I needed to file, the sides were thin and somewhat uneven, and the gel top coat he put on started to wear off within a week.  There was a lot more edge lift than I'm used to by the two week mark, as well.  Based on the pictures, I'm sure he does a lovely job with designs, but his acrylic work is nothing to write home about.  My search continues.
