This place is pretty great! Not a high end nail salon, but incredibly detailed, consistent, clean and friendly. Which is exactly what I am looking for when I am trying to find a new nail salon. Downside is you can't make appointments on Sunday. But, other than that it's consistently great work every time! I see Tina and she's sweet, kind, hard working and talented. I have never left disappointed and always happy with the work she does. I see them cleaning after every client, which keeps my inner clean freak happy. I always get quality service at Magic Nails. The staff is courteous and professional. The prices are reasonable and accurate. The best part of the service is the food massage and sugar scrub topped off with a hot towel and lotion. Aaaaah, I am in heaven when I visit Magic Nails! Susan was great she stayed a little late to do my nails for me and chatted the whole time, she was very funny and my nails look amazing! Love the color! The spa is clean and ventilated so the smell wasn't too strong. I'm so happy to have come here and have a good experience I'be been elsewhere and had bad experiences before so I was worried about trying another new place ! But this place was perfect ! No like!! I feel like im obligated to award them that 🌟!! The older skinny guy had an attitude, did my nails sloppy, extremely thin, n when I asked for a certain color, he told me "if u don't see it in here or u didn't bring it don't ask for it" IN A NASTY WAY N LOUD!!. The guy that did my pedi (Tang) I believe was his name. He was a great conversationalist, But my pedi is horrible. My nails are cut at angles, bottoms of my feet are still rough and polish doesn't even cover my nails fully. Wasn't worth the 25.00. I just moved to Jacksonville from San Diego, CA and I have become very particular with where I get my nails done. Fortunately, I found Magic Nails and I am so happy I did. Every single employee is great and I have always left happy with my nails. They are all friendly and make sure to give you the best possible service. It can get busy at times but they work quickly and will tell you realistically what the wait time is. Susan is one of my faves and is really talented at nail art.
