I'm writing this on behalf of what I seen in this shop today. This experience is not one I personally was involved in, but a witness to. The nail owner, Cindy, put a woman in the back and told her it would be a 10 minute wait time. The woman ended up waiting about 30 minutes before she got service. After the woman got service, she inquired into getting additional service, and Cindy told the woman that she would have to wait again although there wasn't any customers waiting for the nail tech that originally did the woman's first service. After the woman declined waiting again, Cindy turned the shop into her stage to belittle the woman in an attempt to prove that she didn't tell the woman that she would be waiting 10 minutes, completely unprofessional. The woman who was being belittled was so calm and polite, and it was sad to watch this. It didn't make sense what Cindy was trying to prove. The woman was nice the entire time and didn't deserve the disrespect that the owner gave. A nail spa should never be a hostile environment.

This place is horrible me and my friends went in and they were very rude about the way they talked to us and handle business. Once they started doing our nails it got super crowded so they started rushing on it and did a horrible job. They didn’t paint or shape my nail right and there is acrylic under my nails and my acrylic and polish are chipping on the side. My friend got gel and you could see the brush strokes in her polish and it chipped as soon as we left. They didn’t clean around our fingers to get the extra polish off and they were rushing us out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s horrible and the staff is very rude. They don’t know the prices so they just make u pay whatever they want you to.

This nail place is very unprofessional. They all talk on the phone during service constantly. Also I was told a price for my nails and toes and the guy charged me more. I asked him about it and he yelled at me and told me “Are u kidding me... that’s not what I said” my family members on the phone asked me why was the guy yelling because he was sooooo loud. I paid and left and will never return.
Quoted me 25 for nail with gel polish
Then 15- for toes with gel polish
One he found out I was married... all of a sudden at check out he said
35 for nails with gel. Normal polish on toes is 10 so 5 extra for gel according to him.
A regular full set is not 30 there so if it’s only 5 extra for gel my nail should have been 25 like he said ORIGINALLY.
Y’all get negative 10 stars from me

I love this place, and won’t go anywhere else. Cindy is an absolute sweetheart and takes pride in her work. They have as much talent as aloha nails but for considerably less than what aloha will charge. I’ve lived in Jacksonville for over 10 years now and I’ve been to numerous places for my nails, but I’ve finally found my salon. Go check them out, and ask for Cindy :)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. I had such a bad experience at this Salon. The lady that shaped my nails was good but the other lady that did a french tip was terrible. The lines were so sloppy ...
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. I had such a bad experience at this Salon. The lady that shaped my nails was good but the other lady that did a french tip was terrible. The lines were so sloppy and ugly, then I asked for rhinestones and matte finish but they put the matte finish on top of the rhinestones too which was not good at all. So, I told her I didnt like it and she put some liquid on top of the rihinestones to make it shine and she dropped some on the nail too. Then I asked to get it all removed and just get one color since that is almost impossible to mess up. I asked for my money back since I had paid extra for matte finish, french tip and rhinestones but they said NO. Stole my money basically. If you want a nice design please go to Aloha Nails. They are the best.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I’ve been going here for about 10 months and I go every two weeks. Customer service is wonderful, they treat you like family. They offer you drinks and they even have a five day warranty on the services. I have tried many other places here in Jacksonville but Color Nails is the best.

I always go here for manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. They do a phenomenal job. They used to play country music which wasn't relaxing to me, but I still went back because they do such a great job. Now they play normal spa music. I love this place. Everyone there is wonderful and sweet. They really value their customers too and treat everyone like family.

I got a pedicure my first time there and it was Amazing. They were polite and attentive. Cindy did my design and I loved it!
Today I went in for a full set. The man that did my nails had a bad attitude. I got gel polish that started to bubble as they were drying and he got an attitude because I asked him to fix them for me...smh I was paying $35 and wanted my nails done right. I would suggest getting Cindy to do them because his customer service was horrible. I don't think I'll be going back though.

My nails looked good but they include their tips in with your nails and try to charge you for every little thing, they do not have good customer service. Not going back.

Communication is always a struggle. Cindy is the only one who knows what shes doing and does it efficiently with little struggle to communicate. And offers everyone a drink. Good job cindy.

I'm writing this on behalf of what I seen in this shop today. This experience is not one I personally was involved in, but a witness to. The nail owner, Cindy, put a woman in the back and told her it would be a 10 minute wait time. The woman ended up waiting about 30 minutes before she got service. After the woman got service, she inquired into getting additional service, and Cindy told the woman that she would have to wait again although there wasn't any customers waiting for the nail tech that originally did the woman's first service. After the woman declined waiting again, Cindy turned the shop into her stage to belittle the woman in an attempt to prove that she didn't tell the woman that she would be waiting 10 minutes, completely unprofessional. The woman who was being belittled was so calm and polite, and it was sad to watch this. It didn't make sense what Cindy was trying to prove. The woman was nice the entire time and didn't deserve the disrespect that the owner gave. A nail spa should never be a hostile environment.

This place is horrible me and my friends went in and they were very rude about the way they talked to us and handle business. Once they started doing our nails it got super crowded so they started rushing on it and did a horrible job. This nail place is very unprofessional. They all talk on the phone during service constantly. Also I was told a price for my nails and toes and the guy charged me more. I love this place, and won’t go anywhere else. Cindy is an absolute sweetheart and takes pride in her work. They have as much talent as aloha nails but for considerably less than what aloha will charge. I’ve lived in Jacksonville for over 10 years now and I’ve been to numerous places for my nails, but I’ve finally found my salon. Go check them out, and ask for Cindy :)

I always go here for manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. They do a phenomenal job.
