I was a nail bitter and Simon the owner offered me some free treatments if I would stop bitting my nails. I have always wanted pretty nails and my friend was with me so I told her I am going to stop. I did just like he said to do and came in the spa every 2 Weeks after 10 Weeks he finally put acrylics on my nails. I drive 25 miles about every 3 Weeks to get my nails done. This is the cleanest and very sanitized. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and will continue driving this each time. I am a very satisfied customer. He and his wife are extremely nice and take pride in their business!!!

I came to the nail shop at about 620 and they close at 7:30. I told them what I wanted to get and I was told to have a seat. I did not have a problem waiting since it was Friday and there were other people there. When it was my turn I told the gentleman what I wanted and he started working on my nails right away. Now usually when I get a full set at Other salons I get a manicure as well with it meaning my nails soaked and cuticles cleaned up which they did not do, he did not even file my real nails. when he put the tips on my nails and was filing them he started paying attention to someone else that was talking and ended up making one crooked and it way shorter than the others so I told him he needed to file it and make it strsight and file the other ones to make them shorter to match and he got an attitude and said are you being difficult. I replied no other salons I get a manicure as well with it meaning my nails soaked and cuticles cleaned up which they did not do and all he did not even file my real nails then when he put the tips on my nails and was following them he started paying attention to someone else that was talking as he was following them and ended up making one cricket and way shorter than the others so I told him he needed to file it and make it correct and file the other ones to make them shorter to match and he got an attitude and said are you being difficult I replied no He told me that he only was doing my nails because I waited a long time and I told him that he could have asked me to come back tomorrow and he said no but he had to take his daughter out to dinner tonight and I told him that wasn’t my fault and he asked me if I wanted someone else to do my nails and I told him no but he is supposed to make the customer happy he then proceeded to be rude the entire time and make jokes with the other people there about how I wanted my nails done which was very unprofessional to me. My nails ended up being way shorter than I wanted, they are sloppy and look terrible. I will never go to this nail salon again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. I was at his nail shop for almost 3 hours!!! I will be calling and speaking to the manager tomorrow to get this resolved because it was very unprofessional and from reading other reviews, this is not the first time that these people have been rude to someone or some terrible work. This place deserves a negative star!!!

One of best nail salons I've been to! I have only been here now two times and have walked out 100% pleased with my nails! Very clean and the staff are very sweet. The atmosphere is very beautiful and relaxing! Will definitely be my go to salon and highly recommend to anyone!

Moved to Indian Trail, NC and have been looking for a salon that can do what I ask them to do. After reading all the reviews I decided to come here. A little pricey but the service is excellent. You get what you pay for. They take their time. Very relaxing. The best nail salon I have been to. This is the place to go to if you have bad heels and ingrown toenails. Will definitely come back.

I went with my 6 year old for mani/pedis. We sat in the pedicure chairs for 25 minutes before anyone actually came over to us.
The staff was all over the place. I had several different people start on me then walk away mid service.
My pedicure wasn't awful, but it wasn't good and my polish is bubbling up and we only left 30 mins ago.
My manicure was non existent. I got my cuticles pushed back and half of my nails filed before my lady realized that the guy who had done my pedicure didn't paint my toes, so she stopped and did that. Never finished my manicure. Didn't trim my cuticles. No hand massage, no lotion, and left scratch marks all in my nails. (I didn't want polish)
When I checked out, the machine asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I clicked yes, but was never given the option for an amount before everything else was finished and the girl walked away. I'll be waiting for the charge to clear to know how much I left.

Ivy is a beautiful salon... and my positive comments end there. My mother and I went to get mani/pedis on a Saturday around lunch time and had an awful experience. The woman doing my pedicure seemed to be in a terrible rush, barely scrubbing my legs and hardly touching my feet with the callus shaver. There was no reason for her rush; it wasn't busy nor did they seem to be understaffed. She never asked if I wanted my nails cut, if I wanted to upgrade, nothing. It was as though we were an inconvenience. As we were sitting at the mani bar, I noticed that my feet were in nearly the same condition as when I arrived. My skin was rough and dry. The skin around my nails had not been trimmed. I could have done a better job at home, and I'm dreadful at doing nails. That's why I go to the professionals. When we were paying, my mother remarked that the polish on her manicure was already bubbling up. The young girl responded with a "hmm."Long story short, there are too many nail salons around to continue going anywhere for less than satisfactory service. Such a shame.

Popped in shortly after 10:00am this morning and was immediately ushered to a chair for a pedicure with my sister, amongst a few other clients. They allowed me to receive my manicure in chair, so she and I wouldn't have to separate, kindly resting my arms on pillows while we chatted. Lovely technicians - friendly, and skilled.
I think it worth mentioning this is one of the few nail parlors that include basic manicure services when getting a gel manicure, i.e. massage, soak, heat treatment, etc.
Pedi: $28
Mani: $28
Overall experience: I won't be cheesy and say priceless, but you're definitely getting your money's worth, and then some.

I came on Friday to get a gel manicure. The place I normally go was way too busy, and since I have been here before for a pedicure, it would be okay to switch from my normal nail salon. The atmosphere is great, the people are friendly, and the store is beautiful. The first time I came, my friend and I both got pedicures and agreed it was the best pedicure we've ever gotten. Friday when I got my gel manicure, I paid $28 and by Sunday all of my nails were completely ruined. The tips were pulled back and chipped, and most of my nails the gel had just completely came off. When the gel came all off, my nails didn't even look scuffed like they usually do if it comes off. Not to mention, when I left and looked at them in natural light, they were sloppy and top coat wasn't even. I get gel because it durable, and lasts with the job I have. I'm so upset that I paid $28 and also a tip for my nails to be completely ruined 2 days later. Not only did this happen to me, but also my friend that came with me.

New nail salon!! Beautiful salon and incredible customer service. I stopped in to try it out since most of the nail salons in the area do not have good reviews. I asked for a gel manicure and asked if they do gel pedicures and they do. Hard to find this!! I had both done in 90 minutes!! This included removal of old gel. I could not believe the selection of both regular and gel polish. Best I've ever seen anywhere!! The time they took to make sure I was satisfied was well spent. I am very happy and will be returning.

I was a nail bitter and Simon the owner offered me some free treatments if I would stop bitting my nails. I have always wanted pretty nails and my friend was with me so I told her I am going to stop. Moved to Indian Trail, NC and have been looking for a salon that can do what I ask them to do. After reading all the reviews I decided to come here. A little pricey but the service is excellent. I went with my 6 year old for mani/pedis. We sat in the pedicure chairs for 25 minutes before anyone actually came over to us.
The staff was all over the place. I had several different people start on me then walk away mid service.
My pedicure wasn't awful, but it wasn't good and my polish is bubbling up and we only left 30 mins ago.
