I only get manicures here (because regardless if I go to a local salon or upscale spa they cut up my feet), and for the price I feel they do a great job. The ladies there are hardworking, lovely people if you talk to them. It's not the Ritz, but if you're looking for a quick and economical gel manicure this is the place to go. Read Less

I recently took my elderly mother there for a pedi. To be honest, her nails were in bad shape. Another salon stopped trying when she complained of pain and just polished the too long, damaged nails. Jack took a tremendous amount of time and when she complained of pain took a break. She was so pleased and happy even though the process was a bit uncomfortable. She enjoys showing off her toes! My technician, Alvin, did a great job too! The staff was pleasant and did not talk to each other, but rather the customers, which alone makes a big difference in customer service. I had a good experience with them. Went there for my mom's birthday and it went well for the most part. But when we got home she realized her foot from the pedicure had been scrubbed too hard and was red and bleeding. She was limping for three days. And still is sore today. During the pedicure it did not hurt. Otherwise I'm sure she would have told them to stop. She has had pedicures before and has not had this problem before. She called to explain what happened. They apologized and all they offered was to pay for medication. Which there really isn't any. Antibacterial ointment and bandaids. She is disappointed that a refund or partial refund wasn't offered. Which would have been a fair thing to do, especially if you want returning customers. Read Less

Horrible. Nail techs need to go back to school and learn how to do nails how to shape them correctly, how to apply acrylic, and how to polish. The lack of skill is just so sad. Then when you get upset because it's not what you ask for or your nails just look horrible they want to argue. I just want my nails fixed not to hear you talk. Then I ask for a contact name/ or number and they are not able to give that info to me........ It's not even about the money it's just the lack of customer service and skill in the salon.. Absolutely horrible! how do I get in contact with the owner of this salon. I tried to give this place a second chance and never again. Learn how to do nails and not cut someone's finger open.!!!!!! Then Ann wants to argue with me. This is the reason y'all are slow in the first place.  I only go here because it's right next to my gym but I will be more than happy to drive somewhere further to get my nails done by someone who knows what they are doing!  Sad! Horrible place, customer service etc. I went there few years ago based on someones recommendation. Got gel mani and a regular pedi. Left, got home, picked something up and nail chipped! Went back for a repair. A free one. Obviously they did not do it right. I do not pick up heavy things with my nails! Got there. They accused me of "doing something to it"! REALLY??!!. Why would I waste my time? Do they think some people do this type of things over 7 bucks?! Last time I checked I was in America! But I kept my cool. They repaired it and charged me $7! NEVER AGAIN!! 👿And they call this place Happy Nails?! What a joke. They look down at you. You can tell by the way they mumble and talk gerbish. The worst pedicure ever!!! My feet were barely touched... She punctured my toe and it swelled up... The water was barely warm... Go to Blooming Nails... Won't go anywhere else ever again... I went to this place once about a year ago. I had a gel mani and regular pedi done. When I went home, I chipped one! And I barely lift an item! I went right back to get it repaired for free since I felt that it was the quality of work. I explained the situation. They responded to me that I must have done something to it! They would not repair for free! I had to pay them an additional $7 just to repair a nail that they didnt even do right to begin with!
