I gotten my nails done 6 days ago and two nails ALREADY broken smh. First of all the nail tech, Tracy didn’t do a great job with my acrylic full set. They are too thick. I showed her a pic of “coffin nails” tell me why my nails looks nothing like the reference pic. My nails are different sizes, some are longer than the other ones. Just plain awful. This was my first time coming to this salon and I definitely would not be back. Honestly I wasn’t going to write a review because I was gonna take this L in silence but once two nails broken in one day I had to let others know. We are always pleased with Victorias. The pedicures are fantastic - love the chairs. They use a liner in the foot tub, which is so important for sanitary reasons. My daughter has the gel nails. I definitely recommend this nail salon. Read Less

i got my eyelashes done here and the customer service was great they treating my grandma with water because he noticed she had a cough. honestly 5/5 stars. My eyelashes look great, the lady who did them was super gentle and was very aware of what she was doing. I’m coming back soon Read Less

I stopped in for a quick fill in on a Sunday. They were busy but sat me in a chair within 10 minutes. The nail tech was extremely nice and worked quickly but throughly. The shape of my nails is beautiful and I am completely satisfied with my nails! They even stayed open a little late because they wanted to make sure my nails were completely dry. Awesome experience. A friend of mine recommended Victoria Nails to me. I wanted to try lash extensions again even though my lashes have been growing with an amazing product I am using. I still just wanted them darker and fuller. I went to Tammy and I was in and out in 30 minutes. She uses the cluster lashes instead of individual and I love them! This is close to my home so it's easy to go. They are nice and cheap (and nails show it since they chip in 3 days).. My mom and I went for my birthday and the nail techs talked so loud to each other, my mom and I couldn't even hear each other speak. The entire 30 min pedicure, we had to try and talk over the nail techs. Spending money on a service, it'd be nice to enjoy it instead of listening to the them have a conversation the whole time.  This is actually the second time this has happened, didn't learn the first time but after the second, I will be finding a new place. I had an awful experience today had been going here for 2 years plus the girl ripped my big toe nail bed off almost completly toe nail hanging  off  not  very happy it hurt  they still charged me .Wont be going back. Read Less

This was a horrible experience.  I only strayed from my usual nail salon (Fashion Nails in Cornelius) b/c this place was open on Sunday.  NEVER AGAIN.  When I finally got seated for my manicure, i was seated in a chair that another woman had just left and the "manicurist" left the same towel with all that woman's nail/skin clippings for me to use as well.  Nice.  He began cutting my nails.  ??  He never even asked if i wanted them cut or just filed (i just wanted them filed...) so i let him do the rest.  Then he filed them.  When he started going on to the next step, i looked at my nails and they were square (again, he didn't even ask me if i wanted them round or square).  I asked him if he could please round them out.  His response??  "YOU WANT GENTLEMAN'S NAILS?".  uMMM...what??  I asked him again to round out my nails.  It was at this time that I realized....THERE WAS NO AUTOCLAVE TO BE FOUND.  He trimmed my cuticles (hurting me twice) then SHOWED the trimmed skin to me attached to the cuticle trimmer.  Then he said "EWW".  OMG...he squirted the lotion on my arms so fast it got on my shirt then proceeded to rub my arms as fast as he could (scratching me several times with his nasty long thumb nails) then told me "go wash your hands" and the lotion wasn't even rubbed in.  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.  Please don't go to this place.  No customer service, my nails still had my old color on them on the edges when i left.  Save your money, go to Fashion Nails in Cornelius where the folks are sweet and they CARE if you leave happy. This is a good nail salon: excellent location, good parking situation, very good customer service, but zero frills. No frills whatsoever. Possibly even negative frills.They have all of the basic things a good nail salon should have -- massage chairs for your pedicure, a decent selection of OPI/Essie/gel polishes, and some yummy smelling lotion for massage time. But they didn't pay any attention to their aesthetics so you feel like you're overpaying for their services -- $50 for a gel mani and regular pedi seems a little high for a salon that doesn't try a little harder on its decor. I also hate when my nail tech comes in from a break reeking of smoke because it means that I'm stuck smelling the effects of their smoking habit for the rest of my no-longer-relaxing manicure.But in the end, they did a good job on my mani/pedi and paid lots of attention to me during my service. I thought they were very polite and made sure my nails (finger and toe) were completely dry before they let me leave the salon. Nice people so I'll probably be back ... unless I find a salon with the same level of service and convenience that charges a little bit less. Read Less

Love this place! When we moved to Huntersville I had been going to My Day Spa off Ridge Road, but the lady I liked there no longer worked there and I was very displeased with the new girls they hired! So I went on a hunt for a new place and tried out Victoria's Nail & Spa for no other reason than it was right next to where I grocery shop and tan. I was placed with Tom on my first visit. I was SO pleased with his massage during my pedi and he did such a great job making my toe nails look great in shape! I returned another time and was placed with another gentlemen. His pedi was good as well, just not as amazing as Tom's. Upon returning a third time I luckily got Tom again and it was again TO DIE FOR! While he was finishing up on me a lady sat down next to me and requested Tom do her pedi! She mentioned to me how great he was and I agreed! I know go there weekly to have my nails done with Gel polish for only $15! And once a month I get a FANTASTIC pedi by Tom that literally puts me to sleep while he rubs my feet and legs! It's really the best thing ever! He also has shaped my finger nails into such a beautiful look and I love how amazing and shiny they look when he gets done!Last note, I love that there is minimal talk in their native language. I know a lot of people that are offended/annoyed by this and I can understand, because it is uncomfortable. Overall this a wonderful place to get your nail and spa needs done!
