Terrible experience, paid over $40 for SNS and my nails we're cloudy. There was an issues and when asking about it they immediately started talking to one another and I wasn't able to understand language. Furthermore, lady who did my pedicure worked on my feet for 30 minutes with a limp arm. Worst job I've ever had. Very pricey, very unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money here!! Read Less

Just paid 85 dollars for what was supposed to be a 50 min pedicure for 55.00 (she cut it short at 40 mins) I’m sorry but the quality of the products and tech was far off from that high price - my chair was not only uncomfortable but it didn’t work for someone my height (5’3) it just shook my head so I asked for a lower back setting and the chair only had one high setting so the whole time was unpleasant. Nail tech was good but there are plenty of salons around Huntersville that offer the same service / better quality for 55.00 total (not including tip obviously) but i wasn’t giving them another dime on top of a mediocre job at best. Continuously asked if I was wearing tips then asked again "are you sure" I'm sure of this, I'll never return to this shop. No one knows nothing, everyone goes to "T" with their questions. T acts as if she's the nail goddess and will not speak to you unless you have an appt with her because she's the only experienced nail tech in the shop everyone else only does pedicures and Starbucks runs for their staff. This is my favorite nail place for both hands and feet.  Ms "T" is the best.   I cant recommend her as she is so busy and it it hard to get her.   Overall the location is awesome, next to Starbucks, and pricing is fair.   Ask for the deluxe pedicure...seaweed it is VIP. Read Less

Why even make an appointment?!?! It seems like all the employees just ignore you. I brought my two daughters and Grandmother in and we won't ever give this company our business again. The two stars are for the ladies that did my little girls mani pedi. They were gentle with them and for their first pedi it was good. I wish customer service was at the top of the priority list. Quick pop in for a lunch time pedicure. Got seated right away. The person doing my pedicure is not very social he acts like he doesn't really want to be doing my pedicure I know it's been a while but you could at least let me have an enjoyable experience Oh and be prepared to pay extra for basic polish depending on which ones you choose. Made an appointment for 3 pedicures. Every one of us left unhappy. We were very rushed and all started at different times so we ended you sitting around waiting for each person to get finished. My nail polish is all over the place and the callus removal was so fast and rough because it was in areas that didn't need it like the center of my arch. We are all pretty bummed out it didn't live up to the reviews. Clipped all around my toenails, but not the and actual toenail even though I asked. If you ask they have wine so that was a plus to drink while we waited. I'm going home to repaint and try and soothe my raw skin. Read Less

I've been going here over a year and I've never been unsatisfied. There's been only one incident I wasn't happy, but they fixed it before I left the building. I purposely waited until I had been coming here on a regular basis before writing my review. The owners of Solar Nails Spa are the same owners for LeFi Nails Spa in Pineville across from Carolina Place Mall. I was a very long time customer there up until  a few years ago until I felt the quality and service went downhill and I found other places to go. When I walked in I was surprised to see familiar faces and I was greeted and hugged as if I was a long lost family member. I've been coming here ever since and everyone is incredibly nice and social. The decor and furnishings are very nice and they always have a more then adequate selection of polishes, gel colors, and gel powders. I always get a gel manicure and pedicure and feel meticulously cared for. Jennifer is my go to person for pedicures but everyone is great. They offer water, sodas, and wine for refreshments and there are tv's and music playing for your enjoyment. It's also conveniently located next door to Starbucks, eateries, and a shopping center right off 77. When I come here I'm remembered when I return and that says a lot about service to me. The owners also just opened another location so clearly business is good. I highly recommend this place! Read Less

Really enjoyed my time here. Came in Monday afternoon at around 1pm and was one of two clients there. I was taken immediately and went to choose my color- they have a wall of OPI colors (no Essie) and also a top shelf of OPI SHINE which is a $3 up charge (I picked that one and was alerted about the charge) When I hesitated about paying $3 more just bc it's a shine polish, Thuy, my pedicurist, went to find a similar color in the normal OPI selection.I had the $35 deluxe pedi. My calluses were taken care of and I was given a choice of parafin wax or seaweed treatment. She took her time and really gave me a lot of attention. We didn't talk much and I got to read my book, which is the relaxing time I wanted! Really loved the service and will be back! Read Less
