I haven’t found a good nail salon since my nail technician moved to another state over 2 years ago. And, I have tried many since her departure. I found Spectrum Nail Spa via Google. It is located next to Best Buy at Northlake Mall. What a pleasant surprise! The receptionist was friendly and professional. Lui, my nail technician, actually listened to my requests (I have an ingrown toenail that needed to be handled gently) and did a superb job painting my toe nails. The owner, was so nice and welcoming. The salon itself was pretty, comfortable and best of all, clean!! They offered me a beverage and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I highly recommend this salon. Had two of my gel manicure come off after a couple days, went in and they fixed the two of them. The very next day 3 more had completely fallen off. I went back to ask for a refund, they were really rude and the lady only gave me $10 back !! Wow. Ive been coming here for years. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Read Less

The worst service Ever! Went to the shop to get my nails done got SNS I picked a color once completed the color was not the same as the color I chose. I told the person that was doing my nails I was not happy with it then he asked me to pay. Once my nails were completed I spoke to the manager and told her I was not happy with the color and she basically just brushed me off. I will never come here again! Read Less

I love this nail shop! They offer great customer service and more importantly their nail art/work is on point! I am a stickler for shape and nail polish variety. Emily and her team always come through! She is constantly adding colors in addition to integrating new trends at her shop. A must for nail lovers! Read Less

I came into this nail salon today to get two nails fixed that were broke. When she asked me what I wanted I told her what I wanted two nail repairs. Why she starts to take off my gel polish. I immediately told her that this is not what I wanted. So after that she said she wont charge me. Ok cool. She goes to finish my nails and I stopped her to say the one she fixed was shorter than the rest. Mind you I get S&S so you will have to soak it off. I sitting and soaking while she paints the other hand that she fixed great. My wife also came in with me to get her eyebrows done. As I get to the counter to pay the guy tells me it's $40.00. I was like for what and why. She tells them that I got a polish change that she told me she was not going to charge me for and two nails fixed. So as I tell the manager what happened the manager basically tells me what she charged me for. As I look at the manager again I kindly explained to her again. I only came in for two nail repairs. After 3 years, totally disappointed in my manicure. Polish began to chip 2 hours after service. Went back and nails were repainted. I was told that the nail polish was cheap and if I wanted the polish to last I needed to get gel polish for $20 more. Once I got home, my nails began to peel again. Smh.. Read Less
