This nail salon is awful. They painted my toes and later that night I noticed they were only half painted and the polish was ruined that same day. I asked to have my toes and my nails painted the same color (nails with gel toes just regular polish) and they aren’t even close to the same color. But they were going to make me pay to fix it. Worst possible customer service ever! Vickie done my nails and the whole time she worked on my nails she was talking, singing and rapping with someone on her phone through her ear buds!! To start the water was boiling and the woman didn't speak up English to know what I was saying to her. And then I got a massage with the different packets because I like doing what products are going on to my feet - and she use the scrub for 10 minutes each leg and lotion for about 15 seconds each leg. Nails were done horribly and the man was rude. I asked what they were using on my nails cause I explained to him I only use gel. I notice the powder looked different so I asked the other gentleman what it was he said acrylic Then when I said I wanted gel that said no it was gel He was very deceitful tried to charge me a higher price then the polish was not done correctly he added like 6 coats now I have to pay to get them down over he ask me not to return. Do not go to this nail salon. I got a full set two days ago. I went back today because it looks like I need a fill in. They kept saying its normal bc my nails grew.. Really? In two days. They just refused to redo them. I guess making money is more important then making their customers happy. They just lost a customer because I will not go back unless they change management.Read Less

Worst pedicure ever!! The guy that did my pedicure, did not even do all of the items listed in my package without me nagging him. He rushed through everything. Everything that he DID do was halfhearted and distracted. When I pointed out that he forgot the lotion massage and hot towel, he just flopped the hot towel over my legs AFTER he finished painting my toenails. Then, walked away and started on another lady. So I continued to wait so that I could point out that I got no lotion massage. At that point, he halfheartedly rubbed my legs... Avoiding my feet because of the nail polish. Really?! This was very awkward because I could tell he was annoyed. I came for the massage which is why I bought a more expensive package.  I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want a good pedicure or at least want to get what you pay for without feeling like you're begging or bother someone. Went in for a full set and gel polish.  The tips are not shaped and thick. I did nails for years and just moved here and o even tried to talk her through the correction.   They look like they were done in a training school..  The WORST set I've ever had.  Also had eyebrow wax.  They are not even even.  SAVE YOUR MONEY. My sister and I just took our mom here for mothers day.  While the spa is fine and the people who were working there were friendly, the owner is EXTREMELY rude.My mom put her polish down on the table of the pedicure chair.  When the massager came on, the polish fell off and the bottle broke.  My mom was mortified, and was picking the glass up off the floor and cleaning it herself.  Then the owner came over and berated her - she said "why would you put that there - look what you did"  We should have just left.  However, I didn't want to ruin my mom's day.Our pedicures were fine, but when we went to pay the owner instructed them to charge us $5 for the broken polish.  The girl taking the money was so embarassed, and told us she is rude all the time.  I asked to speak to the owner.  I explained that I could maybe understand the polish but not her being so rude to customers.First she pretended not to understand me then said "you broke it so you have to pay"  I will NEVER visit this spa again, neither should you unless you want to be treated rudely when you are the one paying Read Less

This place is okay. I have been here several times and every time the experience is different depending on who you get to do your nails/pedicure/eyebrows. Some are better than others. Sometimes I have to wait a long time despite there being nobody there. Sometimes they do exxtra sometimes they dont. Lots of other salons offer drinks, use paraffin etc with their base price that is the same as this salon's yet this salon doesnt do as much. Just the basics. Very nice people though. Read Less

I just happened to hit my deals button on my yelp app when it showed me a coupon for this place.  Shortly after noticing that I had never had my eyebrows waxed at 31 years old, my female counterpart for the day decided it was time.  Plus, I needed to look pretty for the evening, we were throwing a concert at the Fillmore.I wasn't going to just walk into a place and have them physically harm me by yanking hairs out, so i went with the $25 pedi and eyebrow special.  Wow, they did such a great job on my feet.  I feel sorry for the lady, I wasn't quite Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber bad, but they did need some scrubbing and filing.  Very quick, very professional, and extremely comfy chairs.The eyebrow waxing is what it is.  I paid a lady to rip hairs off of my face, not something I want to do on a regular basis.All in all, great service at a reasonable price, I was in and out within 30 mins on a Friday afternoon. Nails up salon & spa is the absolute worst!  I went in for a French Manicure on Saturday and by Monday the nail polished had chipped away so bad that it looked like I ran my fingers through a grater! I went in and spoke to the owner and showed her my nails and she refused to do them over and gave me the excuse "French Manicure doesn't last long on real nails. Sorry" and would not redo them.
