My daughter loves this place. I don't usually get my nails done at all or anywhere. They seem rude to me but most Asians do. It just a money racket to me

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Have no idea how they are still open.
First off wanted to let you know that the products they used to apply my fake nails ripped my whole nil off once I had it professionally
Removed.
I asked for a blue gel polish on my fingers and wanted a close blue color on my toes. I ended up with a royal blue that they picked out for my toes and my fingers ended up being turquoise. Not a huge deal. But they took an actual cheese grater to my feet. Totally not sanitary.
The woman kept yelling at me for being on my phone, saying I could drop it in the door bath.
They did no massage on my hands or feet.
None of them were friendly at all.
Their sanitation SUCKS! I am a licensed esthetician and I cannot believe that they are still in business. Had I not had a gift card that I couldn’t waste, I would’ve walked immediately out.

Walked into this business with it empty at exactly 635 pm and asked her to do my eyebrows. She informed me that they were closed. I asked for future reference what time they close. She said they close...
Walked into this business with it empty at exactly 635 pm and asked her to do my eyebrows. She informed me that they were closed. I asked for future reference what time they close. She said they close at 7 pm. ????? What could I do but say ok and leave? Now, after reading the other reviews, I am glad I did. Plenty of places in this area that do value customers, do a good job, and know how to keep their word and have integrity! I won't be seeking anything else at this place.

This was my second and last experience going to this place. The nail tech was rude. She did a rush job on my manicure and their polishes seem old. When I was paying her, I used my bank card. She asked as I was filling out my receipt did I have cash to give her for the tip. Really! Tips are optional. I will never go here again or refer anyone. Beware.

I came with a friend because she comes here and just have to give this place an average. The people were friendly but I asked them to change how thick my French manicure was and she ignored me. Told her multiple times it was too thick. The nails were done so fast they were all bubbly. Then the one lady made a comment around my ring and that it must cost a lot of money. Just made me feel awkward. There are too many other great nail salons to return to this one.

Went to get my eyebrows done for the second time @ this salon the first visit i was very happy with the way they did my eyebrows but the next visit i paid was the worst ever . Lady did my eyebrows and barely let me check in the mirror so i paid and left . When to look myself at the mirror and my eyebrows were completely ruined . Went back to explain to the lady that this wasnt how there were suppose to be one short and thin and the other longer and thick ! All them started surrounded me and yelling and speaking in there language when i ask for my money back she got into my face and started yelling at me . At the end worst costumer service. Never go don't waste your money on people that dont know how to do there job right

I get my nails done once a year.. And sad I spent my money there. Rude service and not so clean salon. Lady also got upset when I left tip on receipt bc I didn't have cash. She was also rude when I asked her to make one of my nails shorter. If you can I would def recommend spending your money somewhere else.
