Showed up 47 minutes until closing and was told that they didn't have time to do my gel manicure and pedicure. This has been the best pedicure I have ever had!!  The technician knew exactly what my feet needed and did a spectacular job. The massage was perfect and not rushed at all. They have a wide variety of choices on their menu, the place is clean, they change their equipment with every client and the people are so friendly. 5 stars throughout! Worst experience ever! My manicure was rushed since the gentleman who did my nails stated he needed to hurry and do my nails so he could get home! And it definitely showed that the tech rushed. I was originally supposed to get a gel Manicure, but with the poor job done on my pedicure and the sense of feeling rushed I only did a regular manicure since I knew I would have to pay for another manicure at another salon within the week! I had really high hopes for this nail salon based on the reviews. I had gotten the sns manicure with gel. It lasted a long time, but the technician cut up my cuticles so badly that my fingers were so sore. All of my fingers were cut up, it almost made it not worth it. I moved from Palm Harbor to Cornelius NC and wanted to find a nailsalon that is clean and curteous. This was a very pleasant experience. Jon did my nails and was professional and gentle. I really like how they use new supplies for every client. I live temporarily in Cornelius but plan to move to Huntersville soon. It will even be more convenient to my new home. So happy with this place! I came in one night as they were about to close and Suri took amazing care of me. She went above and beyond, did more than what I expected. I had the best experience here when I received a gel manicure and the pearl pedicure from Suri! As soon as you walk in someone provides you with a warm welcome and offers you a beverage of your choice ( e.g. wine, soda, mimosa etc.). All of the staff members are super friendly. Great place! I love Lee Spa Nails up the road in Cornelius, but this location is closer for me so I'll come here from now on. It's beautifully decorated. The massage chairs are great. They line the pedicure bowls with a plastic liner which I appreciate. Lots of colors to choose from. The people are nice and you get a complimentary glass of wine or mimosa. They may have other alcohol drink options also. My manicurist was great. He paid great attention to detail. The pedicurist was a bit pushy with trying to up sell me, but they are here to make money. I had such an amazing experience here today. I usually go to Lee Nails up the street and have had up and down experiences there, so I was ready to try somewhere else. Apparently, they are under the same blanket of ownership, but Katy was definitely the best gel manicure nail tech I have had since moving here to Huntersville a couple years ago. She made sure the polish was smooth, all the way to the cuticle line, and absolutely perfect! Sara did my pedicure and she was wonderful too! They are super friendly, amazing service, clean, well decorated, relaxing environment. You will be pampered for sure.
