I'm from Texas and was here on vacation. I saw good reviews on this place and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! Everyone was very friendly and smiling. The lady who did my feet Mata I believe (awful with remembering names)she was so sweet and carried on a conversation and just did a wonderful job. Then Michelle did my nails, I tried the SNS nails and loved them! She did a wonderful job, fixed what I asked her to and just carried on a great conversation as well. New to the area and my daughter and I have been doing a tour of nail salons. We came into Bally today at 11am and we were surprised that it wasn't at all busy and they sat as right down. The water for our pedicures was nice and hot and the technicians were very friendly. I'm surprise that another post had said not a lot of colors to choose from; they had plenty and marked the bottles with the matching gel number. We really enjoyed our services and we will be making this our regular salon. Read Less

Pedi alert! What can I say. Called ahead, didn't need to schedule, and on a saturday. In a chair and soaking within 5 minutes. Lady was so nice and gentle, entire experience was very relaxing. Was clean and professional. Wish there was a little mood music, but I tend to play headphones. Colors where not the largest selection, but for shopping nook salon, it was good. Oh, and super cheap. There's nothing like finding great deal, especially in this pricey city. This place really comes through with exceptional service that last well beyond the typical length of a manicure. I have been here a couple of times before and have been meaning to write a review! This past weekend I went to get a well needed pedicure and gel manicure and again, both came out great. I travel a lot and know when you're getting a full set you're kinda rolling the dice on service and quality. There were no reviews but I decided to go anyway. During my session the lady had cut my new nails at a good length however as the service went on she filed  them shorter and shorter. By the time it was over my right hand had the same length of my natural nails. (Which was WAY shorter than my left hand) I brought this to her attention and they lady laughed and said "awe way short". I reminded her it wasn't funny and she just laughed( I am very upset). After I washed my hands I noticed that she needed to still clean under my nails and when she did she just left all the white dust there without cleaning them. They took 5$ off of the total bill and I left without tipping. I get my nails done often and this was the most uncomfortable/worst nail place I've been to. My mom also received a pedicure and had a blister on her foot and let them know to please steer clear of it. The woman had made zero effort to honor her wishes and cut into it and had to get a bandaid. What a relaxing day it should have been turned into frustration and disappointment. Read Less
