I went in to have my nails filled. While taking the polish off and using his power tools I had to pull my hand away MULTIPLE times because he was hurting me. When he used his nail file he was filing my skin as much as he was my nails. I asked to have a small bit of length taken off (as much as had grown out since my last fill) he seemed annoyed and used his power tool thing and took off way too much and changed the shape. It wasn’t a shape ANYONE would EVER ask to have their nails. Rounded spots, then flat spots, it looked terrible. I pointed and asked for it to be fixed. He only fixed the one I pointed at. I had to ask multiple times for this to be fixed and finally had to settle because he was taking more and more off. He left the nails very thick after filling them, and on a few nails it looks like he didn’t even actually fill spots on them! I picked a polish that looked very dark navy. When he put it on my first nail it looked a lot lighter. I asked if it would get darker and he told me YES with more coats it would. It ended up still very bright but he was going to charge me for a “color change” to change the color. I was charged $42 FOR A FILL. That’s how much they charged when I originally had these nails put on! And I absolutely hate the shape, the length on my left hand is different from my right, the color is not what I wanted but I was absolutely not paying him more money to FIX the mistake, the color has bumpy spots from dust from where he had filed my nails, and he left polish on my skin on the sides of my nails. So unprofessional and I now have to go somewhere else to pay to have them fixed.

I love this place. Before I moved to NC I lived in Philadelphia but I would wait until I got to NC to get my nails and toes done once a month. Until I finally moved here.

I love Tan.. but the owner Cathy is very rude and nasty. Very egotistical and treats certain customers accordingly. She’s lost a lot of customers behind her attitude

This is the worst Nail shop ever. The owner is a rude racist and the nails are trash . She greets ppl from differently ethnic backgrounds different from how she Greats Caucasians. She has no respect for Black customers. I refuse to spend my money in a nail shop such as this. I gave this shop several chances because it’s close to my home here in Hopemills. However I will gladly drive to Fayetteville for better service. This nail shop truly disgust me. I don’t understand why they are still in business.

This is the worst Nail shop ever. The owner is a rude racist and the nails are trash . She greets ppl from differently ethnic backgrounds different from how she Greats Caucasians. She has no respect for Black customers. I refuse to spend my money in a nail shop such as this. I gave this shop several chances because it’s close to my home here in Hopemills. I really enjoy getting my pedicures from here. They do a really good job. Even when they are busy they still try to accommodate you as best they can. I love the jelly stuff, ask for that to be put in your water. It's an extra charge but it feels great.

Before it was great service for several years, now there are new unexperienced people that don’t know what their doing. This older Chinese man who wears glasses is rude and get irritated with wrong hand gestures and he cut my finger. It’s awful, somebody please let me know a better nail salon.

The people were VERY nice, BUT both of my big toes got infected after a basic pedicure with gel polish. They're still infected a week later. Will not be coming back even though the guy did my hands so...
The people were VERY nice, BUT both of my big toes got infected after a basic pedicure with gel polish. They're still infected a week later. Will not be coming back even though the guy did my hands so good. It just grosses me out how or why my toes got infected. I didn't go in and tell them because I just won't do that to, but I will say be careful with pedicures here. Also it was my first time here.

Giving it three stars because I LOVE my nails. My lashes? I look like a Snapchat filter. I don't know what in the entire heck this woman who does lashes called herself doing, but one set of eyelashes is not supposed to droop on the first day - that I do know. Then I called to see if they would remove them to be told: " real easy to remove yourself. Hot water, paper towel and warm rag. Come rie off." Yes, I spelled it correctly. My issue, don't you think I tried that before I called with all of these tutorials on the internet telling you how to remove them? I didn't super glue Bambi's lashes to my eyes, and now I have to remove them. Super frustrated and very dissatisfied! But again, I LOVE my nails and the service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was wonderful!

I took my mother and sister on mother's day to get our nails and pedicure. They were the only place in Hope Mills we could find that was open. My mom received a pedicure and they did a halfway job on it, there was another lady there that received the same kind od pedicure and it wasn't any good either, my sister got nails and asked for an airbrush but she didnt get to pick it out, very rude. On to my nails, a day or two after this my nails turned dingy looking but my siser's were still white and normal looking, I have never seen nails do this. I also asked for airbrush and the guy ignored me. My nails are for my wedding and now I have to go pay for a new set so they match my dress. Needles to say I will never go back to them ever again, they don't charge exactly what is on their price list either.

I went in to have my nails filled. While taking the polish off and using his power tools I had to pull my hand away MULTIPLE times because he was hurting me. When he used his nail file he was filing my skin as much as he was my nails.
