I got acrylic nails with gel polish. The lady who did my nails painted them out of order as well as dried them that way. She was so all over the place that I couldn't keep up with what had a second coat or what had been dried properly and neither could she. As soon as I left I could see that one of the fingers hadn't dried properly and it looked like the paint under the top coat was rippled. Additionally, the top coat was uneven and bumpy where she was not thorough in painting them. I called to let them know and they agreed to fix it and said that I would not have the same person as last time. I showed up and I got the exact same person. She was told to buff my nails and repaint them. She didn't do a very thorough buffing and the repaint job/drying was just as awful as the first time. The only difference between my nails is now they are overly thick and still uneven because they have more coats of paint than they should. I spent $40 on a fill in, it's not too much to ask to paint nails correctly, its the easiest part of doing nails! Also, I observed a wedding party and the bride was next to me. She had a picture of the nails she wanted and informed her manicurist that she had already shown it to the owner and got pricing for it. Halfway into having her nails done, the lady tells her that she can't do that style because her nails are too short. After all the approval and discussions beforehand, I would think they should have discussed that before she was halfway done. I felt bad for the Bride who was clearly not pleased. I won't be going back to this shop.

I've been getting my nails done for 15+yrs (in New York) and you can say I'm a perfectionist when it comes to them.... I got my nails done 12/22 well now you be the judge!!!! Lumpy nails!!! HORRIBLE JOB!!! Acrylic filling with gel polish... and be sure to ask for a breakdown... been there 3 different times for the same thing and all three times paid three different price!!! I was giving them the benefit of doubt NEVER AGAIN!!

Nice place, had a reservation but still waited 45 minutes. It was a Friday evening so that's not the big deal. My mother and I both went in, my mother's nail tech was sick and coughing, sneezing the entire time. My philosophy is, if your sick and face to face with people please wear a face mask. My mother also asked for rounded nails and she did an AWFUL job, one of her fingers was round on one side and then the other half was cut all the way up to the middle for her cuticle. Her fingers were hurting the next day they were cut so short. Maybe it was just a bad experience, I'm not from Holly springs but I wouldn't try it again if I was there. Doesn't mean someone else absolutely loves this place. Just wasn't for us.

I LOVE coming here. Everyone is wonderful. Simon and "Mom" are my favorites though . Simon gave me the most beautiful lavender gel mani tonight. Thank you Simon! And... my manicures always last 2+ weeks! In the 4 years that I have visited this salon, I've never had less than superior service. Well run, clean, professional and quality service.

I have been going for about six years now. I don't go often but when I do I'm extremely pleased with how friendly and warm they treat their customers. They always offer a drink and I have never had to wait very long at all Jessica and Simon are super fantastic at what they do. I recommend them to all my friends. I think that their prices are very fair. And they stand behind their work if you messed up a nail and went back in they'll fix it without any problem.

The workers here give the best pedicure service. I'm from charlotte and come here with my mother-in-law when my husband and I come visit. I've tried various nail salons in the charlotte area trying to find one that does a decent job and none compare to Lee's in Raleigh. They do so good cleaning around each toenail to help prevent my very stubborn ingrown toe nails. Always look forward to my girls date at Lee's with my mother-in-law when I come visit the Raleigh area! Two thumbs up!

Was there yesterday near closing time for a pedi and mani and they decided to mop floor and didn't put wet floor signs out, so when I was done drying and I had their flip flops on, it was so slick I came very close to falling! I'm a 69 yr old senior citizen and it really scared me!!!

Save yourself the money and do not go Here! I was in on Sunday with my mother and daughters. My mother and I had gel manicure and regular pedicure and my daughters had nail polish. We waited with our feet in cold water for well over 30 mins. Asked 3 different techs to change our water but they were too busy. Today, just 5 days after getting this done the gel polish is peeling off on its own. After calling to let them know what was going on they told me to come back in for the...m to fix. Why would I go back when I'm not happy with the first service I received. I spent $156.00 just for the service for the 4 of us and that does not include the $12.50 tip for each of the nail techs that performed the service. Not happy at all and I just want my money back. I moved to Holly Springs in December. Tried a few different salons for pedicures with my friend, and this is the one that we always go to now. I haven't had a manicure service yet, but the pedis and staff are awesome! I was going to Apex for SNS nails, but for time and convenience have decided to stop doing SNS and will be going to Lee Spa soon for my nails, as well.

This was our second time there. It was myself and you three teens. Everyone was very nice and they did a great job but unfortunately this was the second time that we were told one price and charged a different price. While we would have gone back before we probably will not now. If your okay with the price issue then they do a great job and if your not okay with that then I would recommend trying a different place.

I've been coming to this nail salon for a long time. I also don't like writing reviews, but I really feel like I should. I had a gel manicure done and the experience wasn't all that pleasant. The lady was very rough and wasn't paying attention most of the time. My nails were filed down way more than I asked and were not even or shaped properly. I asked politely for her to fix it, but I don't think she understood. So I took the nail file and did it my self. Then Kim (who I truly enjoy and think she is amazing at what she does) took a look and touched it up. I left, but wasn't completely satisfied. The next day it started chipping and was very noticeable that it was poorly done. I called and spoke with Kim and she let me know to come in so she can fix it. There was only one finger that had chipped, but a few others that were on there way. Kim said it just needed to be filed. I've seen nails done several times and I'm a perfectionist. It was clear that the color was not applied to the edges of my nails so it wasn't staying on as good. I would have hope that all of them would have been fixed. I'm grateful that Kim fixed one of them, but again I'm still not satisfied. I'm sad that I had to write this, but I may have to find a new nail salon.

Probably the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I called ahead to make an appointment for two pedicures, as it was my mother-in-laws birthday. They said I didn't need to make an appointment and that they weren't busy at all. We got there and there wasn't a single chair open for us. We waited fifteen minutes to get seated, and another twenty minutes for a technician to get started on one of us. We asked to warm the water up THREE times because the water was freezing. They would turn the heat up just a little bit each time, but it never got warmer. The technicians were rude and unnecessarily rough. We paid for the deluxe pedicure (which was an absolute joke. $10 more for this guy to rub a rough aloe scrub and leave my skin raw. Ridiculous.) and the technicians had to keep getting up to work in between manicures. Once the pedicure was FINALLY done, we were sat at a table with UV lights to dry our nails. I've never dried my toes with UV before, but I didn't think anything of it. That night I kept scratching at my feet. I realized that I had gotten a sunburn from the UV. I was peeling for three weeks. And now, two months after my visit to this place, I am still discolored from the sunburn. Please do not go to this establishment. Awful service, awful technicians, and awful results that I get to live with for however long the effects of this sunburn will last. Just don't do it.

I have been going for about six years now. I don't go often but when I do I'm extremely pleased with how friendly and warm they treat their customers. They always offer a drink and I have never had to wait very long at all Jessica and Simon are super fantastic at what they do. I recommend them to all my friends. I think that their prices are very fair. And they stand behind their work if you messed up a nail and went back in they'll fix it without any problem.

Was there yesterday near closing time for a pedi and mani and they decided to mop floor and didn't put wet floor signs out, so when I was done drying and I had their flip flops on, it was so slick I came very close to falling! I'm a 69 yr old senior citizen and it really scared me!!!

I moved to Holly Springs in December. Tried a few different salons for pedicures with my friend, and this is the one that we always go to now. I haven't had a manicure service yet, but the pedis and staff are awesome! Everyone was very nice and they did a great job but unfortunately this was the second time that we were told one price and charged a different price. While we would have gone back before we probably will not now.
