Horrible! I had a full set (gel with gel polish) done...very lumpy and shape was uneven and too long even when requesting them to be shorter. Within 5 days, 2 of them had fallen off. Relaxing, clean and professional. They took me in with no appointment and seemed happy to do it. Ricki and all were so pleasant and attentive. My gel nails and pedicure were natural looking and felt great. You sit in leather chairs and clean pedicure basins. Not plastic bags that are slippery. Your hands are not covered with heavy layers of gel or acrylic , and they create nail designs which is hard to find. A gem in the area. Took me 4 months and 4 salons to find the right fit. This was my worst experience ever. Horrible service. It sucks that I have to put even 1 star. They don't deserve it. The guy was super rude. They didn't completely remove the previous nail polish on my nails so when it came down to putting the new color on the acrylic nails they didn't cover the whole nail. And also I have NEVER had to pay before getting a nail service let alone been asked to tip before the service. Never going back and i suggest you don't either. Read Less

This is the best salon in the area,and I have tried most of them. I have been going for pedicures for a. couple of years now. Ricky always does a great job making my feet no longer feel like sand paper. Salon is always clean,and professional. And they remember you when you return. Read Less

I have been to this nail salon many times over the last few years and waited to give a review until I tried several of their services and showed up at different times of the day to be as fair as possible. I have always had  Ve as my Nail Technician. She is fabulous.  I get the full package when I go (full mani/pedi option). I do gel on fingers and regular on my toes.  just so happens that the last few times I had gone to see her has been when I had recent flying trips that had left my ankles , calves and feet a bit swollen. The foot and calf massage that is included in the price of the package I chose is just the ticket to remove the fatigue and is not a "wimpy" massage. She is very precise in her work with nails. I've never had anything turn out sloppy and have never , ever been rushed. She will talk if you want to or be quiet if you want to relax. The massage chairs are nice and  everything always looks neat, tidy and clean. They offer you a choice of beverages and I've never had more than a five minute wait. I really enjoy visiting here and appreciate Ve' work ethic. Read Less

I love Happy Nails. It's always clean and the people are always nice. I'm always satisfied with the massage when getting a pedicure (when lots of places don't take their time or clearly don't care). Great selection of high quality colors, too. I've been here about 10 times and I'm sure I'll keep coming back. Read Less

I'm certainly no pedicure connoisseur, but I was pretty impressed with the one I got today from Happy Nails in Holly Springs.   After walking into the super busy Lee Nail Spa nearby and being told to come back in an hour, we ended up here.  I opted for the basic pedi for $25 plus an additional $5 to remove calluses. Best $5 ever spent.  I even made my hubby feel my big toe sans callus when I got home- (TMI?). Anyway, I plan on going back this week for a brow wax and hope to have another good experience! Manager of the store is very rude ... So today I go into get my nails removed and just a paint while I am sitting beside another customer that she is doing a desgin for and watching the manager do her nails. The lady says she doesn't like it and would like more. They ask me is that what she said I stated yes. While they are arguing I pack my stuff to leave cause its way to much like no yelling for me.the male gentleman who works there try to be a mediator for the issue . I state to the nail tech that she wants more of a design. The manager then states to me "you mind your business."Me think that it's a language issue ..( due to the same thing happening to me today) try a to come to an end ...
