I’ve tried giving this place a chance because I like their assortment of colors, but I will not be back. I made an appt. and wasnt sat down for 15 min. after the time requested. The staff is rude and not accommodating. My friend chose her color but they didn’t have it in regular polish for her toes and the technician said “I already told you that” instead of helping her. The guy that did my toes did a HORRIBLE job. Uneven, thick, and sloppy. I was supposed to get a manicure too, but it was so bad and I had already been there for an hour so I left. I love Kelly. She is very experienced and gets the job done quickly. i’ve never had a problem with her. but terry is new and she cut me really bad the first time, while saying she will make my nails strong and instead, my acrylic fell off within one week and was so incredibly thin. i’ve had this problem a few times with her, and i will definitely be switching back to kelley, since my acrylics lasted a really long time and were strong and beautiful. really recommended because it’s close and usually there isn’t a wait. I am surprised to read some of these reviews. Are they even going to the same salon I go to? I have been going to Kelly for 5+ years. She accommodates my funky painting requests. My daughter likes to have Shanna do hers. They both do an excellent job. I have learned to make an appointment because they are always busy. My friend scheduled us an appointment for pedicures at 11 am! We arrived promptly, then waited 30 minutes in our chairs with our feet in cold water. Unfortunately, the service itself was terrible. I left the salon with two scratches on my legs, sloppy painted toe nails and a very lazy foot massage. Came to this establishment for a pedicure and fill-in but in the middle of the pedicure I was told no one had time to complete my fill in and I could make an appointment for an hour and 20 minutes later..... Horrible experience. I took my daughters for pedis before our beach trip. Their polish job looked liked the girls painted it. They used plastic shower caps in the bowls and kept exchanging the filter thing. They also used a timer for everything. I wish I could use a timer for how long they were up walking around during the pedicure experience. We will not be back. I didnt complain there because I didn't want to mess up their experience. Looks can be deceiving! You walk in and it looks like a palace but they sure as heck don't treat you like royalty! The front desk worker was not friendly or inviting, the nail techs were very staff offish, they didn't seat us in chairs until another worked prodded front desk lady about it (weren't busy), the chair massager hardly worked, the clean towels were dirty looking (worker dropped clean towels on floor and picked them right back up to fold), nail lady seemed so uninterested in my pedicure that she watched tv the entire time she somewhat massaged my legs, I told her about a cut on my foot and she continued to scrub stuff on and massage the area where the cut is throughout the entire pedicure, put the paraffin on my feet without asking if it was too hot, didn't put the towels down gently to test the hotness on my skin and just threw them down on my legs. I am very observant of customer service and am always have had good experiences getting my nails done, but I will not be coming here again! Read Less

I walked in and nobody even acknowledged I was there. After waiting for an hour and several people leaving in the process because they were tired of waiting and had been there before me, finally somebody talked to me just to ask my name. I think waited another 10 minutes and then finally got them done, but they were kind of messy. Less than a week later a whole gel nail chipped off and then another one did the same thing less than another week later and I called and they said they weren't doing anything about it because they don't guarantee anything after a day or two. I'm very upset with my experience here and won't go back. Try nail cafe in Apex it's great, they looked fantastic and lasted for at least a month without chipping or major damage to them when I went to nail cafe. Read Less

The wait-time was never given to me until about an hour into waiting. I had to ask for the wait-time estimate myself. There is a significant lack of communication between the customer and staff, as well between staff members. Three guests that came in after me were seen before me. (they were receiving he same service that I was supposed to be receiving) I do not recommend this nail spa. Read Less

Have been here several times now. My favorite is Angela, but Kelley is very good too. Love the hot wax with my mani and pedi. I always do the gel polish and it lasts me about 3 weeks.Place is very pretty and clean. Read Less

I've been a handful of times, each time hoping that my prior negative experiences were flukes but they're not. I have been to different techs and none of them seem to have a concern for attention to detail or professionalism of any sort. It's like their only focus is getting you out as quickly as possible. They apply polish haphazardly and it looks hasty at best, sloppy at worst. I won't go back and I don't recommend anyone go there. Find a different spot. Read Less

The salon itself is very nice. Very clean, the staff is friendly but unfortunately my gel manicure only lasted a few days. I'm a chronic nail picker and usually gel keeps me from picking and lasts long enough not to tempt me for a few weeks. It was only 3 days before some of the gel started to peel off on its own and left me to finish the job. It came right off of my nails like the polish you used as a kid. I may go back for a regular mani or pedi but I'll get gel elsewhere. Read Less

I had the worst manicure I've ever gotten. It was gel polish and the lady didn't push back my cuticles, so when she painted over them, my polish peeled off within an hour. Also, she had to re-paint a nail because I pointed out a large bubble in the polish. She also missed edges and tops of the nail. Overall, it was a very poor job. To top it off, she insulted me by saying I was picky and needed to stop messing with my nails (when I was trying to politely show her she had lots of critical still on the nail). Read Less

This is my second time at Envy Nail Spa.  The very first time, the man was just way too rough on my feet and when I left, my feet felt worst than when I came.  My second time, I would say my pedicure was pretty good but the nails were just ok.  After 3 days the gel nails that cost $44 looks like they are cracking.  All in all, I would say this place is mediocre. Your service varies on the mood of the ladies. Walked in, signed up, waited a good 10 min and didn't get any kind of greeting, asked if someone could help us and they said they'd ask, waited another good 5 min and nothing. It's not the first time I don't get good service, I asked for pink and white solar nails and the lady did French tip gel nails, when I specifically asked for something else. She said next time you can get Solar, you had gel. The place looks great and at a good location, but the customer service is not good. I spent $70 on a pedicure and gel French tip fill-ins.  That would've been fine given a different result than I received.  The pedicure was mediocre at best and the fill-in was ridiculously pink and white tips uneven. When I checked out and realized I told the woman and she said OK that will be $70. Don't be fooled by how pretty it is in there. Read Less

I have been to Envy nail spa five times now and every time I visit it is great. The nail salon's appearance is very nice. As you walk inside you will notice three chandeliers, granite countertops, and four flat screen televisions. The televisions each have their own speakers so you can hear one and watch the other across the room. There is always something interesting on the tv, the most recent time was hgtv.I usually get full service pedicure and manicure or full set. There are four options for the pedicure and the customer is offered a drink upon sitting. They offer wine, soft drinks, water or even a beer. Everything is always very clean. The tools are opened fresh from sterilized packages. The basin of the pedicure chair is covered with a plastic to guarantee that it is hygienic. Gloves are always used as well. The prices are very reasonable, as nail salons are a dime a dozen, I always find somewhere that I am comfortable and then they seem to become careless. If you're looking for a quick, decent job with a pretty expensive price, this is your place. While we did show up at 7:26pm and they close at 8:00pm, I don't think that's how you do business: I sat at a high bar chair while the technician worked on my hands. They seemed annoyed that we walked in. I get you want to go home, but we asked what time you closed. You told us 8:00. There were no luxuries- I wasn't asked what kind of manicure I wanted. She literally cut my nails, filed them, shaped the cuticles and painted my nails for $34. No massage, no cream. Nothing. Read Less
