When I come to Bella I will be the only person waiting for service, but then everyone that comes to the spa before me got to be seated immediately. the workers at the salon are very rude if you ask them to make any changes. Went to get my nails done with a friend. They gave us the wrong style of manicure, rushed the process, did not offer us a drink, did not talk to us. Both girls were very young, did not greet us in anyway. My friend asked for a pink and they painted her nails purple. We've had our gel manicures for a week and they have chipped off already, I've had it last for over 2 weeks previously. They charged us $35!!! Overpriced for poor service!! We will not be going back. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Decided to try this nail salon since it was new major regret. Trying to treat my daughter for her birthday and was the worst experience ever. Asked for gel manicure for my daughter and was given a price then was given a price for my gel and in the end was charged more than that. Other customers were treated way better than we were and offered a drink. At no point did either of our ladies speak to us. Been in a twice for a pedicure. First one was right after they opened. Tech did a great job, didn't rush and the polish lasted a long time. Went in today for a second visit. Water was cold in the bowl, not a big deal since I got no soaking time. Tech didn't wear gloves, calluses were minimally exfoliated and the service was barebones.Tech did a good job on the polish. Went in last week with my sister and niece. We had 3 appts. For 2:15, one gel fill, one kids pedi, and one manicure. Once we arrived we sat and waited until around 2:30 after being greeted. At 2:30 my sister went and asked what the wait was. They told us to take my 3 year old niece back for her pedicure so we went with her obviously. My sister and I were awkwardly standing by her waiting, at 2:50 I went and asked again why my sister and I hadn't been sat down yet. They acted surprised to find out we were waiting even though we had told 2 other people. They took me to start my manicure and told my sister 10 more minutes (3:05), they never came back for her so she never got her nails done at all. There was a young girl there for her bday and she had a meltdown because they hadn't done her toes yet and they'd been there for quite some time. My woman rushed through my mani., her next client was there and it was clear she was rushing to get me done for her. Another woman was at the front yelling about how they didn't tell her the cost of something and she refused to pay what they wanted. They were yelling at her telling her she had to. And then the employees began gossiping and yelling in their language. It was incredibly uncomfortable and the LEAST relaxing experience in a nail salon. Luckily we can have fun together. Had a horrible experience here. At first I believe the manager or owner was working on my nails, I had come in for an acrylic fill. He was great, very friendly and personable. Then I was switched to a different nail technician for my gel color. She really could not have been more rude and off-putting. I accidentally hit my nail polish while trying to activate the nail light, and she yelled at me loud enough for the woman next to me getting her nails done to say something. While hitting my nail was my fault, I am paying you for a service. She rushed  finishing my nails and I ended up having to walk back in because one nail looked so bad. I will not be back here. I'd rather go somewhere where my nails turn out a little less than stellar then to be spoken down to. I even mentioned to the owner how rude she was and he said "yeah she was upset you hit your nail." Customer service is everything, and this place misses the mark. Read Less

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff rushed the process. The spa pedicure (basic pedicure) is supposed to include a massage. If you could call it a massage, this was done with wet rubber gloves moving lotion around on my legs. They also bribe you into 5% off your total if you give them 5 stars on Yelp or Google.. Very clean and beautiful facility. The young lady did a wonderful job. I did not get her name, but she was amazing! I was offered a drink and was given a wonderful massage. I also was given a lavender wrap around my neck which smelled amazing. I have never seen that option before. I was so relaxed with the massage chair. I was hopeful when I enter this salon but quickly was disappointed and began to regret my decision. I have never been as disappointed in a pedicure as I was after leaving this salon. The lady who did my pedicure was horrible. She talked to the lady who was working on another customer sitting next to me and did not provide good service. Just a few examples of the poor service I received are 1- she did not trim my cuticles, 2- she did not use any callus removing gel when she scraped my feet which ultimately cause more harm than good for the bottom of my feet, and lastly the "massage" was simply rubbing in lotion on my legs for about a minute-- this was the $48 package. When I left the salon after my pedicure I had to go home and remove the extra nail polish that was dripped on my foot and around my toenails. In addition to my poor experience, my mother also went for the same pedicure package with me and she did not receive any better service. The man who did her pedicure was more focused on watching the TV then completing the pedicure. She also had to clean up her nailpolish because it was not professionally done at the salon. Not that either one of us were pleased by the poor service we received, I do want to add that we had completely different pedicures based on the routines and products used throughout the pedicures which should not be the case when it is a set package. My mother and I enjoy getting pedicures and we don't mind paying the cost if we receive good service but we will not be returning to this salon. I was very impressed by how clean the place is. The instruments are cleaned individually and open from in front of you. NAIL filed is disposed after use. Nice atmosphere . I would like for them to speak less in their language because I don't know what they are saying. It will make you feel more welcome if conversations were in English. Overall a good experience. I was very happy to see a new nail salon come to Holly Springs.   I think customer service is key to any business.  In giving a new business the benfit of the chance to work out the kinks,  I gave Bella 3 chances. And the old phrase of 3 strikes you're out has never been more true.   Each time I went I asked for the exact same service;  basic / classic with a paraffin add on.  Each time the service was preformed completely different. I understand technicians have different styles but the problem is they were all subpar and even bad.   The first time I was there the technician had a Bluetooth in her ear and talked on it in her native tongue for almost the entire time.  Very, very rude.  The next time I was there the owner was hanging pictures and hammering........none stop.  Talk about taking all the relaxation out of a nice afternoon.  After hours seem like a better time to decorate so as not to disturb your paying guests.  And the tech kept insisting I put the massager on.  When I said no, he actually reached up and turned it on anyway.    However, my last time there will definitely  be my last.  I was put in the chair, water was lukewarm.  The tech kept getting up and leaving. Would go in the back,  got up to talk to another tech who was doing  someone's nails.   Ridiculous. Then she brought out the paraffin bags and attempted to put them on my feet.  I can't even explain what was happening.  Hot wax just hanging at the bottom of the bag, not around my feet.........and you guessed it........she walked away.   Came back with the hot towel,  didn't put it on my legs, she put it on top of her silver case, took the bags off my feet and wiped my feet with the hot towel and then dropped it on the floor.  No point in going on, it just gets worse. Bella, you need to start over.  Your customers are important and should not be treated like you are doing them a favor by performing subpar services by rude staff. I was excited for a new nail place, especially because it's right by Pure Barre, but my first experience there today was pretty disappointing. I went in & asked for a pedicure and gel mani. At every other place I've gotten my nails done, they do the pedicure first so that the toenails can dry while the nails are being done, but they did the opposite, which I thought was a bit odd... not a deal breaker though. However, as I was choosing my gel color, one of the employees pointed me to some other samples and said they were the powder colors, and that it was better for the nails and would last longer. I decided I'd give it a try, but I'm pretty sure I will never get the powder again. Not only is it super thick on my nails (looks funny in my opinion), but the color turned out MUCH darker than the sample was (see my photo).  Additionally, the nail tech didn't do ANYTHING to my cuticles. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure when you ask for a manicure, that includes some sort of cuticle treatment and trimming. He didn't even put lotion on my hands or arms - nothing! So then it's time for my pedicure, and I go sit in the chair. The water was incredibly hot, but the guy never asked me if he temperature was okay - he just walked away and I had to take my feet out until the water cooled a little. I waited for several minutes before another nail tech- a lady this time- came to start my pedicure. She offered me a drink and went to get it and the pedicure kit. She also returned with a neck wrap that was apparently infused with essential oils. The thought was nice, but it also was a bit too hot. I had to sort of pick it up and let it cool some before I could let it completely lay on my shoulders/ neck. I should've just taken it off completely, because I ended up with what appear to be some combination of burn marks and a reaction to whatever the oils/ scent was on the neck roll (see picture). The lady nail tech was nice and checked in on my comfort level throughout the pedicure, but that part of the experience as a whole didn't outweigh the negatives for me. The employees were constantly speaking their native language to one another, which I find to be somewhat rude in a place of business, and the prices were pretty outrageous for a strip mall nail salon ( the "grand opening 20% off special" didn't really save any money if you factor in a tip)! Another nail place has come to town! I saw their 20% off grand opening sign, it's Mother's Day and I knew my usual place would be PACKED since I had not made an appointment, so it was time to try Bella! It's located in the Holly Springs Town Centre near Kirkland.  As soon as you walk in you are greeted with "marble" and pretty chandeliers and a pleasant color scheme.  It's a narrow place but long with plenty of seats.  I was greeted by a nice gentleman at the counter and he asked me what service I needed.  I picked out my color and was seated within minutes.   I drew an older man with glasses that I had seen smoking outside.  He brought me the menu and I chose the classic pedicure which is what I ALWAYS get.  He frowned and mumbled something about "With that you will not get ". . . (I did not catch what he said). . ." and you should choose one of the others. "  I politely declined and said, "No thank you, I just need the classic." He sighed heavily and walked away.  I felt like I had done something wrong.  LOL  What I should have done is left or asked for another pedicurist.  But wanting to be polite I decided to just see what happened next.  He gathered all his tools and brought me a rose and thrust it at me and said, "Happy Mother's Day".  I thanked him and put it aside and tried to relax and enjoy the pedicure.  He had not offered me anything to drink but halfway through the pedicure he overhead the lady to my right offer her client beverages so he blurted out, "Oh, yeah we have wine, beer and sodas do you want something?" I got a glass of red.  He cleaned and painted my nails just fine - no problems there really.  But when it came to the "massage" and I meant to put that in quotes - it was as if he was just pretending to do it.  He had on gloves but I could still feel the nails on his hands because he basically raked them up and down my calves once. It did not hurt or anything but it was just odd.  Then he touched areas of my feet.  TOUCHED not massaged or squeezed.  Then he hit them on the bottom ONCE.  That was it.  That was my "massage".  It was such a weird experience.  I've never had such a pathetic "massage" before.  As I said, I always get the basic and while I don't expect a 15 minute massage I do expect SOMETHING.  He also apathetically rubbed some lotion on my calves for 2 seconds and then wiped them off with a lukewarm towel.  While I was drying my nails, I noticed my little toe on my left foot was only half painted so I asked if he could touch it up.  He came over, looked at it and said, that's your skin not your nail.  Not wanting to argue, I said, "Oh, okay then don't paint it, that's okay."  I tried to move my foot away and he grabbed my foot and would not let go for a few seconds until I said, "Excuse me sir, I need my foot.  It's really okay if you don't want to paint it. "  AWKWARD. So yeah, I won't be running back to Bella.  If a friend invites me I will go but I'll make an appointment and ask for anyone BUT Henry.  Maybe it was just an off day for him but the experience was unpleasant and too awkward for me to want to use him again.  Other people seemed to be enjoying their services so DO give them a try.  I'm looking forward to seeing what other people enjoyed!
