Wow! Fast, efficient and my nails look great! Tiffany managed all her employees, took appointments and carried on small talk all while giving me the fastest, bast manicure I've ever had. I'll be back!I take it all back! The owner may be great, but her daughter will never get my business again! The language she uses around children is ridiculous. Made an appointment for a pedicure after work on a Friday. Got in no problem and started on time. The nail technician didn't really interact with me, but I was okay with it. She was a little more rough on my feet than I have usually experienced at this salon. She seemed to rush through the pedicure and then stuck my feet under the dryer and walked away. About 10 mins later I asked another staff member walking by how much longer I needed to stay under the dryer. She yelled acr...oss the room to the girl who did my toes to get an answer then told me, you need to wait longer. So, I waited...and waited....and then at the 25 minute mark of "drying" I made the decision that I had waited long enough. When they saw me starting to take my feet out of the dryer someone ran over, plucked the toe separators from my feet and tossed my shoes to the floor in front of me. I paid and left. While I do like their services their customer service is a little off. I went on a non busy day and have gel nails. The owner was the only person who could but seemed upset that she had to becauae she had appointments. She was aggressive and seemed annoyed. Once she did finish her daughter came back from an appointment and painted my nails. Her huffing and rolling her eyes was unnecessary because she didn't want to be at work. And on another occasion she was talking about my little sisters scar right in front of her. Which made her feel really bad about it. After that I just won't spend my money there. This was my first time going to Tiffany Nails and the LAST. When I got there they told me to look for a color. As I did, there was a man sleeping in a chair over by the polish. They woke him up and unfortunately he is the one that did my nails. His name tag said his name was Duke. He seemed like a nice guy. I told him I had gel polish on but wanted regular manicure. He wrapped each nail after placing a cotton ball with acetone on them. He left it to soak for as long as it took to finish wrapping each nail. Then, when the polish wasn't coming off he used the drill tool, still didn't come off, he worked for a good 30 minutes or more trying to remove the gel polish (if he had let me sit for a few minutes with the acetone wrapped I'm sure it would have come off as it had many times before (Not at this salon).He then did the manicure and massaged my hand so hard the next day I had a huge bruise all over the top of my hand and a thumbprint in the center. He began polishing my nails. The polish I picked was drying up and clumpy. He added some drops of something but it didn't help. Instead of finding another bottle or having me pick another color he insisted on using that polish. It looked horrible! I mentioned it to him and all he did was add another coat (3 in all). I paid $22 for a basic manicure and it looked terrible! I thought about going back but didn't because of the hassle and didn't have time was going out of town the next day. The polish began chipping off not even 24 hours after the manicure so I removed the regular polish that he had applied and saw there was still gel polish on my nails. The polish was iridescent white so i really couldn't see it before he started polishing. Now, I still have the gel polish on my nails which is crazy considering he took so long filing and scraping my nails trying to get the polish off, also now my nails are in terrible shape splitting and peeling. I've always had a great experience at Tiffany nails however for a special birthday occasion I had my nails and toes done and the girl that did my S&S she put it on so quickly and thickly my nails were messed up within a week but my toes were fabulous but they were done by different fella. I normally love coming here. Tiffany made sure in my early trimester to put me in their second shop so I wasn't breathing in so many fumes, which was very considerate. However the past 2 times I've gotten my nails done by Kelly they've been awful. I got my acrylics removed so my real nails could be trimmed. Not only was she very harsh and not gentle taking my old set off, she put a hole in one and never apologized. I didn't notice until she was putting polish across it causing it to burn VERY badly. Then on top of it she didn't even put tips back on my nails, which I told her multiple times I wanted. I've had these nails on a week and half,maybe almost 2 weeks and I have 4 nails already catching my hair and clothing. She acted like she down right didn't care. Read Less

I did nails professionally for 16 years. I am the pickiest person when it comes to getting my nails done. Hanh has been doing my nails for over 5 years. I've tried other places but they don't compare! I have recommended so many people to Hanh and they always call and thank me for the recommendation! They offer great services!!! I have been traveling a lot for work, haven't had time to get a pedicure, and couldn't get the gel polish off myself. They were AMAZING when I called and let me come in just before 8 PM - when they were supposed to be closing! Chris was quick and did a very thorough job. He even double checked if the color was what I expected because it seemed really light compared to the bottle. He took the time to go find a better color match. Been getting my nails done here for six years. The staff is friendly and professional. I love their new updated look. The new pedicure chairs are great. I love how careful they are to do everything hygienically. I am a germaphobe and have been concerned with practices I have seen at other salons. I went here in February or March, I visit Greensboro often to see friends and family. Decided to make reservations for my sister two friends and myself to get pedicures. They were able to have us all worked on together for the most part. My sister is younger than all of us and was going to get the teen package, I read what it included and they had tried to skip out on giving her a sugar scrub that was included. After mentioning it to the man that was working on her, the woman working on me tried to tell me it wasn't included. I picked up the book and showed that it said it was, and they finally did the whole package I was paying for. The painting was below average as well for all four of us. Had gotten on the actual toes and around the edges. My friend wanted a specialty painting (different color tips and a design) but the woman doing her toes didn't understand English well at all and gave her something different, she ended up disappointed. The staff was ok, could have been more professional. I guess they work with the nail spa next door, because walkie talkies are used to page employees when help is needed. I have a cut from when my cuticles were being done, and I had to ask the person who was doing my nails if she could repaint them because there were bubbles from lint on a few. Very disappointed. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff; honestly that is it. I hate to give these nice people a bad review but after a half day, my nails looked horrific.I had my pedicure and manicure done at the same time so I can understand the rush with a busy, full salon. However, they didn't take the time for details. The cubicles were simply pushed back and lightly buffed off. My feet were scrubbed and it looked like it had been scrubbed; but once I got home and took off my sandals, the bottom of my feet were super scratchy.For $38, I expected a lot more but I should probably stick to my normal salons in Charlotte's $30 mani/pedi (which already includes paraffin).The good thing is that my nail polish on my toes lasted.
