I am very dissatisfied with the professionalism of the staff. A friend of mine got me a gift certificate and I didn't realize that it expired in 6 months. I called to see if they would honor it (2 months past expiration date) and they said they would not. They were very rude to me about it and I will make sure that I tell everyone about this because my friend spent the money on this and now it is lost. I've given Simply a few tries and was always disappointed. Staff was rude and took close to 3 hours to do an acrylics set. After leaving, it only took a few hours for the polish to completely peel right off of half my nails on its own. I was in High Point visiting (and furniture shopping) with my sister right before Halloween.  Our last day in town we had a little extra time and I needed my nails done for my costume.  Found this place on Google maps, and figured all nail salons are about the same, right?  WRONG!  This place is beyond awesome!!!  I wish I could have transported it home with me!  First of all, it is really really beautiful inside, with soft gray paint and simple 3D murals of cherry trees in bloom and glitter on the walls.  So peaceful and relaxing.  Also, near the door, there is a large screen TV and seating area with comfortable looking chairs.  They were able to take us immediately, but if we had had to wait, that would have been the perfect spot.  I don't remember my nail tech's name, but I think she ran the place.  She did a FABULOUS job on my nails, didn't cut me one time, and gave me the perfect manicure.  I didn't need a new one for over 2 weeks!!!  Oh, and they have HUNDREDS of gel colors to choose from. Was in town from NYC for the Showtime market, and decided to treat myself to a manicure. This is my boss's go-to place so I knew it would be good, but I was still blown away by the great service I received. The staff is a professional but sassy group of  young people who had me laughing and joking within minutes--I felt right at home!My technician, Christian, was excellent--not only did he do a great job on my cuticles (I often have issues with them being cut too close), I got the manicure on a Saturday, it's now the Thursday after, and my nails are still PERFECT. I'm  talking NOT. ONE. CHIP. Love this place, and will most definitely be back. Read Less
