There was no air just fans ..The wait time was awful for pedicures and the owner that did my toes did a rush job. She actually knicked one of my toes because she was rushing so much ..She didn’t even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted .I thought this would be a nice place to go due to the area and the odd hours of them being open on Sundays .I will stick to what I know and I will not be back . I was not happy with my last 2 visits, but I have been here many times. Last time I got a manicure and but she didn't paint my while nail so it looked like they were grown out already and I asked her to fix them and she started speaking to another lady in another language... She barely massaged/rubbed my hands and arms and completely skipped my shoulders. I tried them again for a pedicure... the lady did not cut my nails back at all and did not look at my nails when she was filing them. She did not watch while using the pumus stone and skipped one foot because I was a little ticklish so one foot is smooth in random places and one is just like it was when I got there. She would massage one foot/leg and then barely do the other. She did not seem interested in being there at all and only smiled once the entire time I was there. I was very disappointed the last 2 visits even though this is generally one of my favorite places to go. Read Less

I felt so lucky to find Queen Nails. I never had a bad service here. They greeted with a HELLO when I stepped in. Their attention to detail was superb. And they carried a wide selection of nails to me!The interior is nicely decorated. Overall, I am treated like a queen for the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Read Less

I initially read about Queen Nails in allure magazine's best of High Point. AMAZINGGG! I only needed a manicure so they were able to take me in as quickly as I walked in without a prior appointment. They was nice and very helpful. And the lady working on me did a super thorough job cutting my cuticles! The space is super clean and comfortable. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! ! I was desperate need and decided to give Queen Nails a shot. They exceeded my expectations by miles. They are always able to get me in when I called last minute. My nails always come out looking cute. They did an excellent job and made sure I was happy everytime. I was surprised by low price since quality of service was so high. I moved to High Point few months ago and I had a really hard time to find a quality nail salon....and then I came across Queen Nail and Tan! Definitely my new go-to spot for all my nail needs! The staff here are so nice and pricing is good. I have never been so pleased after getting my nails done. They did an absolutely perfect job.
