This was a great experience! My nail tech was extremely friendly. I looked them up because I needed to wind down after a very long day and I had been praying for my grandson who was in the hospital, at the time. My nail tech calmly addressed my issue, reassured me that all is well and did a fantastic job on my hands and feet! She was sincerely sweet and kind. She didn't rush through getting me done even though they were short-staffed, it was getting late and 3 customers walked in after me. I wished I could remember her name. Nice people, but they are NOT skilled in doing nails! If you are getting a fill, it will last less than a week and your nails will be crooked. If you ask for your nails to be shaped a certain way, you will not get what you asked for. If you get a pedicure, the polish will chip within a few days. If you come back the next day and ask them to redo your nails, you will still walk away unsatisfied. There are many other nail salons in the area that are available. Worried my Daughter my get an infection. We came in because her toenail split from the top to the bottom. I am familiar with this because my big toes do the same, but straight across unless I have acrylic put on them. We came in and I explained what we wanted and a woman started working on it. She didn't even wash her feet first. Next thing I know the woman is not doing acrylic, but a silk wrap. I explained this is not what we came for, but that didn't stop her. I complained about her feet not being clean-nothing. "I am concerned she will get an infection since you didn't clean it" I said. She sent her to a chair with a tub to do the polish. I went to bathroom and returned to find a half attempt at polishing in top of her dirty feet. She didn't clean them there either. I could see dirt around her toes. Not saying my child is a pig pen, but she had not bathed today after school and playing outside. Who does this? When I complained again-it was my"fault for not saying she wanted a pedicure" I explained that they already didn't do what I asked for and already was upset about not cleaning her feet first. I love this nail salon. It has a great location on Wendover. It's close to work so I go right in and come out in under 1 hour. They have enough staff with plenty of stations and premium leather Pedicure stations. My nails look great and last 3 weeks, plus they offer coupons.Read Less
