The decorum and ambiance is very great how ever the workers have a bad attitudes and my wife had cold water in her pedicure bowl. We asked for the them to change the water and they looked at us like we were crazy I will probably NEVER COME BACK HERE !!!!! Read Less

This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered (when I showed up for an appointment I made at least a month ago, the store was closed, no note/call, no hours posted, no answer to call). When I called the day after I was told she just decided to leave a few hours earlier and didn't call me. I will most definitely never go here again and am reporting them to the BBB.
