First off, the ambiance of this brand new salon is breathtaking. I came here for a no-chip and pedicure the night before leaving for vacation. Hence, I was in *vacation starts now* mode... and this place was perfect. I sat in their beautifully - made spa chair for my pedicure and enjoying pleasant conversation with the nail tech lady. The pedicure was nice, articulate, included a scrub massage, and left me much more satisfied than my last several pedicures elsewhere. (No, they do not have massage chairs... but that could easily go unnoticed because of the other features of this salon). As for the no-chip mani... wow. For one, the lady took the time to show me a few different variations of the color I was looking for before I chose the perfect shade. It's so nice to not feel rushed. So, here's the best part. I left for a 10 - day vacation, and my nails did NOT chip, crack, or peel from the bottom. Even crazier, my nails did not have that noticeable growth at the top because of how well she trimmed my cuticles and steered the polish at the very top of my nails. PERFECT. My Daughter and I love coming here. To quote her, "very fancy and they take good care of you." I have never had a long wait as a walk in client. Made appointment today and did not have to wait. (Some places make your appt and still make you wait just for more volume-$) Our nails have always looked good. Coming in today to have a problem fixed on my daughter that another salon really did a horrible job fixing. Highly recommend this salon. Read Less

This place was amazing! My mother and I wanted pedicures last minute and this was the only one open ! They managed to get both of our pedicures and Kim started doing my nails while Bi was finishing my pedicure! They also stayed late to finish my acrylic set with great attitudes! My friend and myself have been going to this nail salon for about year and until today, we have had great service. I would go into specifics but let’s just say that the staff has become very rude. We had issues today and were treated poorly by not one person but 4 people. I encourage anyone reading these reviews to look at the response that this business have given to the customers they have served and had bad experiences. I own my own business and I would never speak to customers or treat customers in that manor, ever. If you read the review responses, you will get a clear picture of exactly the type of people that you will be dealing with. In an area that is flooded with nail salons, I would think that each business would love to have repeat customers. Not the case here. We won’t be back and we I’ll be letting other know not to go here. I’ve have suggested Envy Nails to many of my friends in the past.... not again. I hope they get their business back on track. I decided to pamper myself on a vacation, and i chose Envy Nail. I had a very nice experience here. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me with smiles. I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she did an amazing job on my manicures. They had a wide range of options including gel colors. Massage is always good too. I feel pampered. The ABSOLUTE WORSE experience ever. Water for pedicures does not get cold, they do not cut cuticles, will have you sitting in a tub of plain water with no jets on. Paid for the lavish pedicure and there was nothing lavish about it. I will not be returning, will continue looking for a decent nail shop in the area. Read Less

DON'T DO IT! The water is lukewarm. They make you sit in water for 30 minutes to keep you in the salon trapped like a sitting duck. My feet are rough after a mediocre pedicure that cost 40 bucks. To describe this nail salon as lovely would be an understatement. The decor is fabulous, and they have a cute nail polish bar for a quick manicure. There are A LOT of pedicure chairs which comes in handy when they sit you down to wait for a technician.The work is fine, but I would not say there are any 'nail artists' here. They also charge for a lot things that other salons do not. For example: we had to pay extra for coffin nails - but they really truly looked square.They are open on Sundays which is a huge plus. I just had an amazing time at Envy Nail in High Point, What can I say, this place is amazing. You should make an appointment if possible. I have had regular and shellac manicure and pedicure. I was not that pleased with Envy. I have been 3 times and my pedicure is not great!! I sat for over 20 minutes in cold water waiting. The girl that did my feet did not meet my expectations.  I still have rough feet and I go to often for this to be an issue. I sat under the dryer for at least 15 minutes and my polish came off with just a touch of my finger. I can't seem to find a good nail place near!!! This place is definitely not the place. Read Less

I always come here but this time I came at 7 and got a pedicure and full set.. As she started my pedicure another man came over and already started my full set!! He Rushed so bad!! He cut me 4 times and got mad when jerked my hand.. My pedicure was $35 and it took 15 minutes! Also he kept rushing and pulling my hand while I was talking and kept saying little stuff I couldn't understand when I jerked my hand! He told me to wash my hands 3 times in only 30 seconds as if I wasn't moving fast enough.. When he started my gel it looked clear after the first coat so I asked could I see it before he kept going and he got an attitude!! And he kept pulling my hands when the timer wasn't even done yet!! Went here today and they immediately sat me in the pedicure bowl only to leave me soaking in cold water for 30+ minutes until I finally had enough and got up and left. They only let me sit there so I wouldn't leave. As soon as I got up to leave someone came rushing to me saying that I was next, only 3 more minutes, etc. while I was sitting in the cold water, multiple people came in and they used the same technique; to sit them in empty chairs to make them feel like they would be serviced soon, only to have them just wait and wait. I have been here multiple times with only mediocre experiences. This is the stereotypical place where the employees chat in another language while not making any effort to engage you as they perform their service.Nail salons are a dime a dozen here and this place has an extremely rude owner, an ever changing staff, and nothing to set them apart.
