Today I have decided that I will no longer be going to Diamond Nails because I was a faithful customer for 4 yesrs and today they gave me a fill in and I was up next for a pedicure and they didn't do ...
Today I have decided that I will no longer be going to Diamond Nails because I was a faithful customer for 4 yesrs and today they gave me a fill in and I was up next for a pedicure and they didn't do my pedicure because they didn't want the other customers that came in after me to leave and they lose money becuase they were short 2 of their staff which wasn't my fault so they put the people that came in after me in the chairs and told me to come back the next day... After I had already told Lisa that I needed everything the same day because I had things to do the next day and she said her staff told her THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO MY FEET AND THEY DIDNT CARE IF SHE FIRED THEM BECAUSE I NEEDED TO WAIT so they wouldnt lose cutomers after I had been there for 3 hours and they were not busy but because they didn't want to make the customers that came in after me wait again so they wouldn't lose money but instead they wanted me a faithful customer to leave wait another 2 hours and come back then Lisa pulled me outside trying to convince me to wait because they were busy and didnt want to lose money or customer s.... So as of today I will not be going back to Diamond Nails...

My only nail salon. I've been going since 2008! I love Chi Chi, Lisa, and Lin! The people that do the best pedicures are LeLe, Lin, Nancy and Nacy!!

I LOVE diamond nails!! I have been coming here for 14 years!!!.... Sometimes it can be pricey but you get what you pay for... Amazing pedicures... Great nail shapes... They actually listen...

I started going to this nail salon when I first moved to high Point. The first time there the owner Lisa messed up my nails. So I gave them another chance. I started going to chi chi. She was great. I stopped going there for a while because I wanted my nails to grow naturally. Today I go back to get my nails done and when I got there chi chi wasn't there. So I waited for 45 mins til she got there. When she gets there she started doing someone else's toes who came in after me. I was fine with that. She never got around to doing my nails on top of the fact that my sister was with me and wanted to get her nails done by Lisa. She also took someone in front of my sister that came in after us. So we got up and left instead of causing a scene. I will never go there ever again. They are not professional and do not value their customers who want to spend money with them. Today is the last day I will ever step foot in that salon again.

Today I have decided that I will no longer be going to Diamond Nails because I was a faithful customer for 4 yesrs and today they gave me a fill in and I was up next for a pedicure and they didn't do my pedicure because they didn't want the other customers that came in after me to leave and they lose money becuase they were short 2 of their staff which wasn't my fault so they put the people that came in after me in the chairs and told me to come back the next day... I started going to this nail salon when I first moved to high Point. The first time there the owner Lisa messed up my nails. So I gave them another chance. I started going to chi chi. She was great. I stopped going there for a while because I wanted my nails to grow naturally. Today I go back to get my nails done and when I got there chi chi wasn't there.
