Normally they do a pretty good job on my nails... But on this day they did not. Got there at 6:10. They were packed but a lady started my pedicure. After I was done lyn started to take my sns off nails... so she gets done and perceeds to tell me another lady would be doing my nails and by this time it is 7:10 and there was someone else before me. I came in before any of the other women who were going before me. She said 30 minutes I said no. They said come back tomorrow. I just don’t understand why I the customer wasn’t right. I had been there before everyone else who was serviced before me and I come every two weeks to get my daughter and my nails done. It’s ok they lost 2 customers.

Thieves would not honor their own rule about calling in a few days after botched nail job; charged ANOTHER $40 for botched SNS. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
3 April 2018: Went here after getting a gift certificate for my birthday (which, if you read the fine print, expires nine months after date of purchase: so they take any unused money). The place smelled absolutely AWFUL when I walked in, so there seems to be no ventilation system in place to disperse the chemical and glue smells. I waited over 25 minutes for someone to call my name (at the time no one else was waiting). I was then asked to sit at a mani station, then told to go to a pedicure chair after sitting at the mani station for an additional 5 minutes. A young woman came in presumably from her lunch break and began work on my pedicure. A simple French is extra for each mani and pedi. It took her an hour to do my pedicure. Then on to the manicure: I chose to do SNS because it usually lasts for months and makes my nails look amazing. This woman not only messed up the French SNS (although she did fix it), but she also rushed through the job so horribly that the SNS is already starting to peel away from my nail bed less than 4 days later (pictures below)! Spent nearly 3 hours and $80 here. I called and described the problem. Will be going in tomorrow and updating my review accordingly...

Didn't even want to listen to me trying to explain! Told me they had never offered this rate! ... Meaning I must of been lying! Not impressed as I use them regularly for special occasions and holidays! Never again and definitely won't recommend! See more

I got a gel polish on the 8th of July for my brothers wedding 12 days later and other than the regrowth they're still in perfect condition, also I work in a warehouse so my nails rarely last a day with ordinary polish and since having them done I've been swimming twice so very impressed with how well they're lasting. Highly recommended

Chau is amazing. She gives an exceptional pedicure and paints nails beautifully. She's a good conversationalist as well. I can only give 3 stars though because the times I have let someone else do my nails have been very disappointing. Today I really needed a mani/pedi but Chau wasn't working and I hadn't made an appointment. So I gave a girl a chance who has let me down in the past. This time was just as disappointing. She was very rough, not attentive to me as a customer, and sloppy with the painting. So I've learned my lesson, I'll make my appointments with Chau in advance.

The lady that did my service was hurried and did not do a very good job. My gel polish is already lifting and I only got them done yesterday. I went with my daughter and they literally left her till the end. She was going to get a mani & pedi as well but they kept taking other customers before they did her pedi. She got cut on her foot and the lady that was doing her service didn't even bother to tell me. She only ended up getting the pedicure. I not going back if I spend my money at your buisness I expect to receive a good service.

I normally go to the nail salon in Knightdale and I regret to the fullest for not going to where I know they do a good job nd care about you. I will never go to B N NAILS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I went to get gel polish. The lady did a decent job but found them to be over priced compared to others in the area. As I was getting my nails done I was discussing with another customer restaurants with the best tacos. Once my nails were done I walked over and stood next to this customer. The "nail tech" asked me how far along I was and I told her I wasn't pregnant. I tried to continue the taco convo when she told me I was lying and still wanted to know how far along I was. Shocked, I again told her I wasn't pregnant. Who would call someone a liar and insist on something I think I would know. I will never go back to this place.

Terrible job. I got a full set of gel tips put on, and they are extremely thick with ridges on every nail. Also, my cuticles look worse than when I got there and the manicurist hit the back of my hand...

I've been in here twice. The first time John did my nails- (a full set)and he did a great job. The second time I went in, John was busy so his neighbor did my fill in- I didn't get her name! But she also did a good job. Quiet folks, not too busy. Need a quick place to get your nails done? Give it a try. Right next to Pet Smart. It's not updated or modern,but it is big and no wait time is always a plus.

I can only give 3 stars though because the times I have let someone else do my nails have been very disappointing. Today I really needed a mani/pedi but Chau wasn't working and I hadn't made an appointment. So I gave a girl a chance who has let me down in the past. This time was just as disappointing. I went to get gel polish. The lady did a decent job but found them to be over priced compared to others in the area. As I was getting my nails done I was discussing with another customer restaurants with the best tacos. Once my nails were done I walked over and stood next to this customer.
