Love the service here. If I could afford it is come every week or so. They aren't expensive, I'm just broke lol. But they offer services for kids. I eat to take my nieces for a spa day.

This place is a hit or miss. I have came here about 6 times over the last 6 months. The first couple times were great and I had no complaints. I normally went to Nail Studio on 127 but they went up $5 on their prices so I decided to try La Vie. Their service was the same, was cheaper, and a shorter drive so I was pretty pleased to find it. However, I took my grandma to get pedis one day bc she enjoys them so much. The two nail techs that helped us tried to up sell products but we both wanted the basic pedi. After initially being friendly and speaking with us they both seemed annoyed and rushed through, we were done in less than 30 min. The times I came before I was there for nearly 45 min. I was actually pretty pissed considering I had my grandma with me and wanted her to have a good experience, but I shrugged it off and just decided to keep in mind the two ladies who serviced us and to avoid them next time. I went in a couple days ago and almost an identical experience. The nail tech was friendly and I chose the basic pedi but she did upsell me on the parafin treatment, which I agreed to. She seemed fine but rushed like crazy through everything. Applying the lotion there was no massage at all and same for the scrub. I have super dry feet and I benefit greatly from the callous gel that is applied and when they use the foot file. My feet were clearly dry and she didn’t even use it. I asked her about it and she went to the back to get the file and gel and came back talking to herself in her native language, obviously talking about me and was aggravated. She barely looked at me the rest of the time and that will be my last trip to La Vie. If these people cannot be bothered to do their job, I’ll help them out and just give them less business. And mind you I do tip every single time. You might have more regulars if you give everyone the same quality of service, no matter how much money they’re spending. People come here to relax, unwind, and be pampered, not to feel like they wasted their money on subpar service on something I could have easily done in my own bathroom.

Appointment made for 6:30.. got there 6:32 and they told me they didn’t think I was coming AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE!!! 100% rude people. Do not recommend.

Love this place😍 Staff is friendly and great at what they do! Prices are average going rate of other nail salons, so they're not too expensive by any means. In fact, I'm able to get my nails and pedicure done for a little more than what I've had to pay some places just to do my nails! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all of these reasons I've named!!! They stay busy because they're that good at what they do. I make an appointment so I don't have to wait. Walk ins may have to wait their turn bc walking in means they'll get to you when they can get to you. That's what appointments are for, so you don't have to wait. I'll keep going back bc they know how to treat me right 😁💅🎯

I always come here to get my nails done. Last time I got gel polish and unfortunately I don't think the polish dried well enough so it started to peel off after a couple of days. I went back in today and they gave me a complimentary manicure and fresh gel polish. Always good customer service here, but today was exceptional. Will continue to come here and will continue to reccomend. THANK YOU

My original review was for the old staff/owners. I visited this salon religiously for a year or more and after the two best nail techs left the place completely fell apart. I went back anyway and had the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a manicure.
I didn't go back here for 2 years, but after bad experiences with other salons in town I decided to go back to la vie. There are new owners and a completely new staff. My experience has been wonderful every time since I began going back here. Way more color options and the new staff can actually do more of the fun/trendy designs compared to most other places in the area. I'm still hoping they'll expand and get new trending products but for being in such a small town and the reasonable prices I'm super pleased. Other places in the area seem to be at least a decade behind on what's trending so this place is by far the best option around.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. We have gotten our nails done for approximately two years at this salon. The new owner Kevin needs to learn a little about customer service and to speak to his customers and employees with respect. We will be looking for a new nail salon. If I could rate less than one star, I would. His employees are exceptional at their
jobs but the problem is with the owner.
To respond - I did try to speak with you. You told me you were the owner. You didn’t ask after the 1st nail. It was at the very end. I told you that if she didn’t tell you after the 1st nail then it was her fault. You continued to argue with me even after I ask you to stop. I think the situation could of been handled in a much better tone but you continued to argue. I don’t need to argue with the people where I spend $140. Your employees are exceptional at what they do.
I was upset a couple of weeks ago because of the way Kevin spoke to me and my daughter. I am changing my review to a 4 from a 1 because it is fair with how I feel about the job the employees do. Maybe Kevin was having a bad day. We can all handle things wrong at anytime. My daughter and I have had our nails done here for approx 2 years and the employees do a great job, they don’t get in a hurry and they treat you kind. I have always had great people work on our nails. I am going to chalk this up to Kevin having a bad day and close to quitting time.
Kevin you still wanted to argue in your reply about my daughters nails. The color didn’t match the sample and you said “that is because that was the old color”. I expect the samples to come close to the color that ends up on her nail. I don’t expect an argument in front of your other customers and you yelling at me. If you don’t believe I am telling the truth then you should read your other reviews.
However, I am changing my review because maybe we both were having a bad day. I think your employees are great.

The new owner really disrespectful to not only his employees but his customers also... He's an ignorant over cocky person, I used to love this place and go every two weeks and was happy to spend my money there with the service and quality of the work but since this new owner got their I just couldn't spend my money at such and environment... He done my nail multiple multiple time and he just talk about him self and how much he owned, he need to learn to be humble and more respectful bc without his worker he wouldn't be able to own that business....
Since writing this review the owner of this business came to my work place demanding for them to fire me because of this review, since my job can't fire me for what I do on my personal time, he threatened to sue, now to advice you I'm a 17 year old girl so my mother and sister contacted him which he was more then disrespectful to my mother and told her to come down there, He said I quote "She messes with me, I'll mess with her!"

Awesome salon! Very nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of people available to help. Walked in and only had about a 20 min wait. They prioritize their appointments here which is something that other salons I've been to do not do. Service was great! Overall a great experience. I would go here again and recommend to a friend.

These folks are top notch. Very friendly! Most speak good English. We had a young lady with physical disabilities with us. They were VERY accommodating! My favorite place to get pampered.

I normally went to Nail Studio on 127 but they went up $5 on their prices so I decided to try La Vie. Their service was the same, was cheaper, and a shorter drive so I was pretty pleased to find it. However, I took my grandma to get pedis one day bc she enjoys them so much. The two nail techs that helped us tried to up sell products but we both wanted the basic pedi. Love this place😍 Staff is friendly and great at what they do! Prices are average going rate of other nail salons, so they're not too expensive by any means. In fact, I'm able to get my nails and pedicure done for a little more than what I've had to pay some places just to do my nails! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all of these reasons I've named!!! I went back in today and they gave me a complimentary manicure and fresh gel polish. Always good customer service here, but today was exceptional. I didn't go back here for 2 years, but after bad experiences with other salons in town I decided to go back to la vie. There are new owners and a completely new staff. My experience has been wonderful every time since I began going back here. Awesome salon! Very nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of people available to help. Walked in and only had about a 20 min wait. They prioritize their appointments here which is something that other salons I've been to do not do. Service was great! Overall a great experience. I would go here again and recommend to a friend.
