I got my nails done on Friday for vacation. I got a pedicure and SNS. The SNS was bad. I could tell it wasn’t perfect when I left but I had been there for a long time and I was willing to live with it. the very next day 2 nails came off completely. Just peeled right off. SNS should NEVER do that. Then Sunday 3 more nails had cracked and started coming off in pieces. I’ve never had this happen with SNS and honestly for $65 plus a tip, I am mad! I had pedicure & manicure with gel polish on 5/25/2018. 7 out of 10 nails have either chipped or lifted. This is ridiculous, gel usually lasts 3 weeks, at the least. This was my first and last experience with Serenity nails. Read Less

I recently had my nails done at this salon nice ladies.. But i sent an extra 15.00 on gel paint and after three days 6 of my nails have peeled off.. Completely unacceptable.. Im so upset about this i don't even want them to fix it.. Ill go somewhere that can do it right the first time Read Less

Nice Place, Nice People That’s Work Here, Well some. But I got gel polish and it has come Off in three days. Just peeling off. I called and let them know I was coming after work and asked if it could be fixed, when I get here I have been given an attitude and just told To sit down someone will get to Me. I went on a week day and it was pretty slow... there was a nail tech on her phone not doing shit yet i was left sitting with my nails soaking in acetone for 30 minutes... acetone is terrible for your skin and nails so i was pretty irritated from the jump. When they finally got to me the guy did an okau job.. i got sns and it was pretty lumpy and he filed it so close my skin was sore. It was 40 bucks which is pretty high for the area. Never did a review before but they deserve it, best experience at a nail salon hands down! Yaya did a awesome job on my feet they feel amazing and Tyda shapes my eyebrows just the way I wanted them and my eyebrows are pretty thick and I've had issues in the past at other places not doing them right but she knew exactly what I wanted. This nail salon is one of the best that I've been to in Greensboro. For this to be my first time coming here, I fell in love instantly with the atmosphere and ambiance. They provide you with a free beverage (including wine) and the nail stations are set up like a bar. I love how different this is from other nail salons that I've been too. It's spacious, welcoming and comfortable. I wasn't crazy about the pedicure I received, but I think it's because of the language barrier between the technician and I. Didn't take away from the fact this nail salon has excellent customer service. They didn't turn anyone away even when they were close to closing. This is definitely one of the better salons in Greensboro and I really like the set up of space.  I've been here twice, once I got just a pedicure and once I got a pedicure and manicure.  Both the pedicures were top notch and reasonably priced for what it included. I felt the technicians did a great job with the massage and the painting.  The manicure I had done was my first manicure ever, but seemed on the low end of average based on experiences my friends have described and compared to that of my friend who accompanied me. I went on a Tuesday and by that Thursday my nails were already cracking and chipping after a day of typing. My friend does not have any complaints about her polish at this time, so I'm going to chalk it up to either the polish color I chose (we both chose OPI) or the technician that applied it. Update: At the one week mark, most of my toenails chipped off with very little wear (it's too cold to go barefoot inside or out) and all of my fingernails had chips after only doing office work. I've never been anywhere more deserving of their ratings. This place is freaking AWESOME! My experience is one only actions can describe. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, I felt wanted. Talk about customer service..... Serenity Nails IS customer service. Recent transplant from Atlanta who has tried six other salons before finding this one. I regret spending my money elsewhere. Jimmy did my full set.... JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT! I am visiting Greensboro for a few days and direly needed a gel manicure. I chose this nail salon based on the positive Yelp reviews and photos. I made an appointment with Skye specifically because I wanted the marble design with gel polish and noticed her name mentioned many times in the reviews. I was kindly greeted upon entering and Skye was able to get to me a few minutes before my appointment. Skye (and the other technicians) was very personable and professional; she worked efficiently and my nails look amazing! The actual salon is very nice looking and has a unique setup -- a large square work station for nails with pedicure seats on one perimeter wall and more nail work stations on the opposite perimeter wall. This salon is simply Amazing and Beautiful! The employees are all so kind and professional. They work hard and make sure that their customers are provided with the best service possible. I got the best pedicure and full set by David! My 6 year old daughter loved her kiddie pedicure too! He is really serious about his work and pays close attention to detail. This little nail salon was adorable and such a great find! I was (of course) led here by its 5 star Yelp review and after our visit the 5 stars still stand true! We were in town from Nashville for a baseball tournament so I decided to treat my daughter and I to a manicure during our down time. I've never seen prices like these in Nashville so that was an awesome added bonus. My daughter got a full set for $25 and my regular mani was $15. A full set in Nashville would be $45-$50! Just recently moved here and I got to say...best salon I ever been into, the service was excellent and the nail techs really care about you instead of thinking your someone with money, best pedicure I ever had coming out from this sweet guy name David , I wonder why he doesn't have a girlfriend yet haha, but he's a sweet charming guy also the place is huge and clean that's doesn't compare to most shop I been into where everything is small and clutter, the owner is a good friendly guy as well and all the tech welcome me like I am home, the time i've stayed in there was long but It was my fault, i was talking too much with David, he has a great personality and we talk a lot of cool stuff while I was getting my sore feet pamper with a glass of wine.P.S see my favorite guy there David, he's the best, wish I can take him home Read Less

These ladies, and men, always do a great job. I love the way my nail looks natural (not bulky) when I SNS or acrylic. They are very friendly and offer refreshments. The pedicures are amazing. I usually choose the hot stone option. I recommend making an appointment as appointments come first and they are usually busy. The pricing is standard with most nail salons. And my favorite is the atmosphere. It's clean and bright with excellent lighting and decent music that everyone can enjoy. It's not too frilly, it's very modern. Read Less

I will NEVER come back to this place. The experience was fine. I got acrylic nails. 2 days later, 4 of them had cracks in them. Now it's been 6 days later and one of my nails just broke right in half from BARELY hitting it on a counter top. I have never had this happen to me and I've been getting acrylic nails for about 5 years. Not to mention the fact that the shape of my supposed to be "stiletto nails" turned out to be almond shaped and extremely uneven. Nice atmosphere and nice people. So let me first say this was my second choice only because I wanted somewhere close to my hotel. My first choice Nail Care was a huge disappointment so I left and Yelped this one and boy am I glad. They were closing in an hour and I wanted 2 pedi's and 1 gel fill with a marble polish. Jimmy was a beast with my toes and nails. He was quick but efficient..everything was done right. Then Sky finished me off with the prettiest marble polish. They closed at 730 I was out by 9 but never felt rushed. The owner is the best he has the best customer service..he'll engage in random conversations given the time. Me and a friend went in for a girls day. $58 plus a healthy tip and my nails are peeling and my friends gel was cracked. Upon return there were numerous excuses and reasons. Don't blame the customer!
