Went in the other day to get my nails SOAKED off ( for school training) and they proceeded yo still take them off by going underneath and sliding another nail under them to break the glue. Note that I had only have the set for a month and the glue had not gave at all. So I was in serious pain. Another customer even asked if I was ok because she could see it all over my face. It was to the point that I felt light headed. And yes I was telling the lady doing it that it really hurt. Another lady w9rking beside her actually looked at the and said "this is faster then soaking" I responded with " I understand that but that's not what I asked for and it might take longer but it's less painful" she didn't even care about what me, the customer wanted. A nail take off ranges from $5-$10 and after going against what I wanted and hurting me pretty bad they changed me the highest amount. If they plan on charging only $10 then they need to fix the sign. I'll never go back there again. Read Less

They do good work im always satisfied, they can be a little slow at times, but when they do get to you they do a great job! Worth waiting for to me at least I know my money is being spent on something I like and a job well done. Read Less

When I went back for my pedicure I received less than professional service. Then my tech sets my bowl right next to another lady. Now, I'm not saying anything was wrong with this woman, but there were several other seats and only us two. When I have my pedicure done I expect it to be a peaceful experience away from my family. He proceeds to place his UNGLOVED hand in my CLEAN pedicure water then put his hand in hers while BOTH other feet was already in the water. Then he takes a phone call on his cellular before he begins. There wasn't a welcome, how are you doing, what's your name, NOTHING! I love Nacy and she does exceptional work but it's past time to get a vibriate new staff that's excited about their job and wants to be there. Read Less

Lee Nails is a very unprofessional business. If you want to have a ghetto ratchet experience then it's definitely the place to be. They allow customers to curse and act any way. People come in looking as if they just got out of bed. Nancy smart talked my daughter when she went to get her nails done because my daughter told her she didn't like her nails. Nancy's husband did my daughter's nails and this man cannot do nails. It takes him an hr just to put the acrylic nails on and cut them. Whenever he starts another employee has to finish. I stopped going there months ago because Nancy messed up my eyebrowa and nails. My cousins stopped long before I did. I told my daughter not to go back but she wanted to go so her dad took her...lesson learned. Read Less
