Not sure what the man's name is that did my nails but he did a horrible job. Looked good at first but 2 nails broke in the first 2 days. After my nails started to grow out I noticed around the back edge of my nails that was by the cuticle he ground deep lines in my natural nail and there were areas of the acrylic he didn't file properly. In addition to all of that l told him I wanted the nails to be curved and he made them flat as a board. Also when I showed up I was told the wait would be 30 mins and I ended up waiting just shy of an hour. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. I absolutely love this place. I took my 2 1/2 year old and myself to get our toes done. It was her first time and they did so great with her. They talked to her through everything even though she was shy and didn’t say anything back. I enjoyed the environment and the staff was all friendly! Definitely making this my new nail salon! I have been stationed all over the country and had my nails done in a lot of places. This is by far my favorite salon!! There is no strong odor like other places, the staff are all friendly with one another and pass that vibe along to their customers. They take an interest into your life if you care to share it and will talk to you about themselves. It feels like visiting friends when you are there yet at the same time they are very professional and my nails look the best they have in years. The owner has been there every time I have gone and is extremely hands on with her staff to ensure they are giving the best service possible. They have the most intriguing videos on the TV in the back too, like life hacks, simple beauty tips, 5 minute crafts and other stuff that keeps my attention easily in-between talking. The ladies (and one gentlman) here made my best friend and I feel like family on our first visit! And she squeezed us in close to closing time since we work. Talking and joking with us like we've been known each other forever! They gave us complimentary drinks and she even threw in a little gem on my nails since it was my birthday 😍 I am so happy to have Vivid Nails in Havelock, they rock!!! My nails were perfect and lasted longer than usual and the deluxe pedicure I felt was more value than the price I paid 😊 The punch cards are amazing too. Beautiful space and comfortable chairs!
