Samantha is amazing and I would never go anywhere else! After having gels that wouldn't even last a week on holiday, my gels now last 3-4 weeks and my nail growth has been incredible after just 3 visits to her. Last time I visited, Samantha had a new colour which hadn't been opened yet that I chose, the colour didn't come out how it looked on the packaging but was still a very lovely colour and I liked it, however, Samantha charged me half the price even though I still loved it! I had a wonderful experience with this establishment. It is a great atmosphere especially being able to sit at the bar. All of the staff was so kind. I had my two year old son with me and they were so accepting of letting him sit next to me and watch his cartoons. Most establishments frown upon you when you bring your children, but they all adored him and he adored them. Ann was my nail stylist and I will continue to go back to her. Been to Samantha now for a couple of months and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She always is so accommodating and the range of colours are great. My nails have never been so long and she does a loyalty reward system as well which means ever so often I get money off which is a bonus. I've been to many nail salons in Greensboro and this one is my favorite and the best! I've just been once but I love it - all the ladies were friendly and welcoming. It is obvious they love to serve others and care about them. I never had my nails done before, Samantha made me feel very comfortable and explained everything I needed to know about the process of my nails being done and the after care. The nails lasted and looked amazing for the wedding I was attending. Samantha also waxed my eyebrows for me and it was the best wax I have had done in a long time. I have been having my nails done by Sam since November. My nails used to flake and split and I could never grow them to a nice length. I absolutely LOVE the ladies at MiMi's. Everyone is so welcoming and they aim to please. I have a standing appointment with Rita, and she is the best! For customer service I would give them a 11/10. The ladies are fabulous. Super nice and goofy to be around. It was fun being around them. The service.... I'm not too sure. I am one of those picky customers soI went to this salon and one lady started on me and then she had another to finish. The second lady had a hard time getting uv gel polish off of my toes so someone else assisted her and also painted my toes. Then this third lady does my nails. I picked a beautiful Essie polish and I was in love. I noticed that she caked the polish on so I stayed under t he dryer for a longer time to be safe and even after 30 mins under the dryer the bottom layer of the polish was still wet when I got home and had smudged. Then I noticed that the polish on my toes was all over my skin. And 2 hours later, one if my gel powder nails has chipped. I called and told them what happen and they welcomed me back. On my return I had even more fun with the ladies as the first time.  They did not treat me like a cranky customer.  They took their time to pay attention to detail and they turned out FABULOUS!!!! They even added recommendations on color choice that would go well with my skin and nail shape.3rd time will be my deciding factor. Read Less
