Couldn't rate this place enough, lovely friendly down to earth staff, always happy to help, advise and accommodate, i love to have my lashes done, but after several attempts with various different professional people, I had to face the fact that lashes just weren't for me, I'd loose massive amounts very rapidly, but after seeing some that Cheryl had done on somebody I knew, and hearing how long they lasted , I decided to give it one more attempt. I'm so glad I did, I explain...ed with honesty that I was a bit of a nightmare with lashes, but Cheryl was not deterred . I was so happy with what Cheryl done, and personally tailored them for me, they are the best lashes I've ever had, and they stay on lovely, so if anyone has a problem like I had, please don't give up, give tranquility a visit , you won't be wasting your money. Many years ago I set an appointment with Natarsha for what I thought would be a short-term thing. I was use to getting my nails done and then soaking them off a few months later due to the soreness and or lack of time and sometimes professionalism at other salons. I can vividly remember sharing my concerns with her, and saying "you can go ahead and do my nails BUT I probably will not like them". I could not have been more wrong. Although she knew the level of excellence of her work, she allowed me to share the things I did not like knowing that she was nothing like that. Now almost 10 years later I've never been more satisfied with the quality of the work I get. Not only is she the most skilled nail technician in the triad area, but also her level of professionalism is bar none. I am a long-term client however there are many people who have many years beyond me. This type of loyalty can only be gained through superior service.
