I have been coming here for a few months and will not go anywhere else! The staff is friendly and courteous and they use all natural products. You cannot beat the overall experience!

This is the best nail salon in Greensboro hands down! Ken did such an amazing job on my nails! I recently had a full set done by another nail shop that was done terribly! Ken was able to remove my full set and do my nails the best I have even gotten them! No complaints just pure excellence! Mind you I just recently moved here! This is now my go to shop and I recommend everyone to go here! They have amazing customer service and excellent prices! Thank you Lovely nails for getting my cousin and I both right!!

I have been coming to this salon the past 8-10 months. I am always greeted in a very professional and friendly fashion. If an issue does come up or I simply don't like the color I chose once it's on they are always more than willing to fix it. Sometimes I have to wait but that is because with my job I'm never sure when I'll be getting off and cannot make an appointment. They have a wide range of nail service types as well as waxing. I always recommend this salon!

Best place in town.I just walked in & was served right away. The service is A+. The shape I like my nails is hard to achieve by other salons but this place did it perfect. My pedicurist wasn't afraid to get "down & dirty" to make my feet smooth as possible!

My mother wanted to have a pedicure and fill in on her nails and wanted to treat me as well. Ken and Hannah gave us pedicures and Ken did both of our nail services. They were great! What stood out to us the most is that even though their salon filled up with people wanting services, they never once rushed to finish us. They took their time and did a thorough job! We will definitely be back.

I am meticulous when I do a job for someone & I am one of those people who expect someone I am paying, to do fabulous work for me. If the results don't reflect the cost or my expectations, I am upset, disappointed...and I can't help it, but it shows on my face & in my body language. It's not good. However--I said all that, to say that based on my experiences here, I always request that Steven do my manicure & pedicure. The females seem to have no clue as to what they're doing. He is very skilled in nail work, understands quality customer service & is very sweet & respectful. Love this guy.

(I am visiting from New Jersey and my acrylics lifted) I asked to get my acrylics refilled and the lady gave me an attitude. I then pointed out which ones were lifting and they just super glued them and told me to wait until I return home. Then they sloppily did my broken nail and we're just completely rude the entire time. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO IS IN THIS AREA. the nail they super glued on just fell off now.

I chose this salon because I saw a sign that advertised new management and a 10% discount. I figured having just turned over, they'd be at the top of their game and boy were they. I went for a gel mani and a pedicure. Both were fabulous. I chose the base level pedi ($25) and even that included a sugar scrub and reeeeaaaallllly relaxing hot lotion leg/foot massage. The gel manicure included a shoulder rub while my nails were setting. Yes!The nail tech was professional and friendly. He made light conversation, but didn't feel the need to chit chat the whole time, which I appreciated. My nails look fabulous and the grand total (including discount) was $45. Great deal for such a relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

I get my toe nails trimmed on a regular basis. They are always very friendly and service is prompt and affordable. Seems the have a steady stream of customers mostly women.

Visiting Greensboro from cali and I was desperate for a Mani/pedi. So I checked google and this place popped up.Spa pedi - he was meticulous and did a great job with massage but very slowShellac/gel manicure was OK but I've definitely had better.. I got french tips and the polish was a bit sloppy and not glossy.Bathroom was dirty with pee on toilet seat... YuckThey were very slow. But maybe that's just how they do things here in Greensboro..

If an issue does come up or I simply don't like the color I chose once it's on they are always more than willing to fix it.
