First visit was today 3/30/18. People were NOT friendly and it was very obvious who their "favorites" were. No one talked to the customer unless you were a regular. I never understood why places do things like that. I used to rate this salon but after being made to feel like an annoyance today, I don't really want to go back. I paid £30 for shellac nails last week and they started peeling and bubbling underneath as they weren't dried properly so I phoned for an appointment to come in to have 4 nails re done. I didn't have a problem as mistakes are made and would have happily come back again but the girl that re did them was just rude with a bad attitude. Customers should always be treated respectfully especially when it's your mistake that's made me have to come in again on my birthday all the way from Stevenage. I love Inspire! I started coming to their location about two years ago, because I needed my nails done for a wedding. I’ve stayed with them since! Anywhere else you go, you may get a *good* mani/pedi, but at Inspire I’ve always had the best service. I personally get their SNS frequently, because my nails are weak/brittle. There’s a wide range of colors, compared to other shops nearby. I’ve gone to other salons because of my friends’ preferences, but every time I was wishing we had gone to Inspire instead. Go! Paid $45 (plus tip) for SNS and a manicure. It took 90 minutes and my nails are uneven and very poorly shaped. The technician did not ask what shape I wanted, he just choose to create this weird squared-off shape that doesn't really look good with the French manicure. Great experience. The salon is very clean and everyone was so nice. Tammy did my Lavender Pedi and it was very relaxing. An hour pedi and I enjoyed every minute. Then I asked about what I could do for my natural nails that never grow because they're always chipping and cracking. They connected me with Vu and he told me about SNS. I ended up getting a full set,short, with near clear powder that came polish. Beautiful! Nice and thin, beautifully shaped and looks like natural nails. Couldn't be happier. Visited first time today. Staff have a very distasteful attitude. Very rough to the point they hurt my nail bed when preparing my nails for acrylics, I yelped and was told off for that? Wow! I have been coming to this nail salon for the past four years and they have spoiled me! Any time I go elsewhere, I am not as pleased. They have become more popular as they revamped the salon a bit which caused them to raise the prices but it's still worth it to me. Unlike other salons, when you go in for a pedicure, they focus on the massaging for a good 40 minutes!! I have also gotten their shellac for my manicures and it lasts at least 3 weeks if not longer. First time I had my done today, the lady who did my nail, was not very helpful, whilst doing my nails she was too busy watching Music channel on TV, hence my nail looks like my 7 year old niece has done them. I needed help choosing the nail colour & glitter, they re the experts but did not help. the lady was quite abrupt too. she didn't ask if i would like my nails trimmed down, so under my acrylics I have different length nails. will not be going back there again. My first time there and the pedicure was wonderful. A lot of different options available. Felt like they were taking their time instead of worrying about how fast they could get done and the next person in the chair. Watched them clean the tubs out after each pedicure. Very clean! I came in today because I saw that the reviews were pretty good from this site. I only wanted my eyebrows waxed, however I also received an eyebrow tinting. I had never had this done before but basically it's like a semi permanent perfectly drawn on eyebrow. She did a really good good on my tinting. Her name is Quinn. I can't wait to put on my makeup!
